"Catlin don't fall for the guy" Abril scowls,

"you guys don't know anything about him! So back your asses off" Caitlin yells,

"woah calm down here guys," I said raising my hand up at them.

"yea we should calm our asses before this conversation gets heated," Cacey says.

There was a really long pause until, "Tatiana what the hell is this?" Tayla says picking up a pair of scissors and snapping them weirdly,

"uh they're scissors Tayla," I said, "what no, they don't work the way my scissors do," Tayla says snapping them together,

"Tayla," Anne says getting up and walking over to her and flipping the scissors, giving her a look, "Ohh right I knew that" she giggles snapping the scissors back,

"I seriously think she's got problems" Abril murmurs,

"and you just noticed?" I exclaimed.

We all start laughing and stop when my phone starts buzzing, "don't worry guys it's probably Mason" I said frowning,

"pick up and hear what he has to say, "no I'm not going to pick-," I said before being cut off but Anne who snatches the phone off me and picks it up on the last ring, tapping the speaker button. We all lean in with me trying to grab the phone back, but I fail miserably when there are 5 other girls pushing me down.

"Guys I don't want to talk to him" I whisper, they all turn their heads and shush me down,

"Tatiana is that you?", his husky voice murmurs, all the girls look over at me, I mime them a 'what', but all they do is nudge their head towards the phone which is way out of my reach,

"Tatiana," he repeats again, but this time much more quieter and calmer,

"That's me" I try to joke but all I felt was the anger bottling up in me.

"How are you?" he says, sounding like he was holding in something,

"I'm doing shit Mason, I really am," I said breaking the calm atmosphere,

He doesn't say anything back so Anne decided to hang up on him, later receiving a text from him,

8:56pm Mason - I need to see you. please.

"Tatiana he wants to see you," Anne says,

"bro can you at least give me my phone back" I scowled reaching for my phone,

"guys Abigail's in surgery," Cacey says, looking like she was about to burst up into tears as she holds her phone.

"We need to see her right? Plus no school just a few meet ups but that's not until like next week" I said standing up,

"We can't just go in wearing this" Abril complains,

"ugh just use my clothes," I said tossing over all the jeans, I had and the simple tops over, the girls scrambled around my room choosing their outfit and walking out of the room to either the toilet or bathroom, leaving Caitlin and Anne with me in my room.

"you think she's going to be okay?" Caitlin stutters, "I'm hoping she gets to live another day," Anne says putting on her jeans and slipping on her top in a split second, "damn you're fast" I said looking at Anne who had already had one shoe in, then I looked over at Caitlin who hadn't even put on her top properly, "Caitlin what the hell," I said walking over to her tugging on the top so it fell on her perfectly.

Anne laughed and stood up, I fixed my jeans and buttoned them slipping in my shoes and walking down the hallway, slipping in my phone in my back pocket and grabbing the car keys from the counter,

"where do you think you're going," my dad says, "dad Abigail-" I started, "alright honey please go check on her, I won't restrict you" my dad grins, "thanks, dad," I said before opening the door, "GUYS HURRY UP!" Anne yells, "we're coming!" I think Abril yelled.

Caitlin comes staggering down the hallway with Taya leaning on her to support herself while putting on her shoes, "guys quick" I laughed looking at the weird position, I mean even my dad was chuckling.

After a long while we finally made it into the car, I started the ignition and drove off. "Thanks, guys you know for ditching your plans tonight just to be with me," I said smiling, "anytime Tatiana, we all know you'd do the same for us," Abril smiled and everyone nods as well.

"speaking of being amazing friends Gage is coming as well," Cacey says, "what you brought Gage?!" I freaked, "yeah what's wrong with that, he and Abigail-"Cacey rambles on, "Cacey did you ever think to yourself that the rest of guys are coming as well" Abril yelled, I heard Anne slap her face beside me which made me chuckle under my breath.

"Oh shit sorry Tatiana, we'll cover for you" Cacey murmurs, "yeah it's all good I'll just hide in the toilet" I sarcastically sneer, "no don't do that just don't talk to him," Cacey says, attempting to make this situation better, "just shut up Cacey" Caitlin sneers. Causing Tayla to laugh.

"shit there he is" I whisper, walking in, "don't worry we got this" Abril says walking up to Caleb. She whispers something to Caleb but he shakes his head, Abril tries something else but he still shakes his head, only ending the conversation by planting a kiss on Abril's head.

My hands became clenched and disgusting, was it because I was nervous or was this? Why would I be nervous with Mason, he was an idiot and he knows it.

He catches me and starts walking down the hallway towards me, I quickly make my way towards the toilet, pretending to talk to Anne, "Anne he's coming" I said turning and walking a few steps before pushing the door open, hearing the faint "wait" from Mason.

I push a cubicle open and sit there closing the toilet with the lid and planting myself on it, feeling my phone buzz,

9:08pm Anne - you're going to b in there long time.

9:08pm Tatiana - bro help me!

9:09pm Anne - we'll wait until Abigail gets out so we can get you in the room.

9:10pm Tatiana - and how long is this going to take?

9:11pm Anne - long, hang tight.

I groan and click my phone shut looking around the cubicle, cleaner than all toilets I've had to use, a lot cleaner actually. I couldn't go out and just face Mason, because I know it I just know that we'll end up arguing and damaging this relationship more.

I can't believe he cheated on me, with a girl he probably doesn't even know. Let alone remember her name, he shouldn't do that, I mean I did almost the same thing but I didn't sleep with Sam did I? I knew it he was still the player all along, right back to when we started high school, I remember walking down those junior horrid halls seeing Mason and Hannah with their tongues down their throats, how disgusting. I swore to myself I wouldn't get involved no matter how good looking and intimidating he was.

I thought he changed, from being the party ass hole who slept with every girl younger and older than him, and pushed another to commit suicide! I promised myself, but I was and idiot and dived head first. I promised Alyssa. I sat there recalling all the times I'd see Mason and another girl at school whether it was outside or on the bench in the quad, making out, and every party me and my friends attended he was there always with another girl, sounding drunk as hell and that one time where he tried getting into my panties, I could've slapped him and I wish I did, but stupid me didn't. He was a player and still is luring girls in with his looks and words.

I need to learn not to let him take me too aswell. I need to- "Tatiana" Mason called, snapping me out of my little conversation, "I know you're in here" Mason said, I could hear his footsteps egtting closer, his shadow standing right in front of my cubicle, he knocks, "Tatiana" he says again, I stood up and slowly unlocked the door, opening a little crack looking up at him.
