I'm so sorry this has taken so long to update.  I haven't edited it so please bear with the mistakes.  Hope you all are doing well.  Sending lots of prayers to everyone out there.  There seems to be a lot of dark and scary things in the world.  Hoping for more peace.

Just like Arjun promised there he was waiting for me as soon as I exited the gate. He was wearing a white t-shirt that clung to him and faded blue jeans on and simple Nike shoes. His arms were crossed across his chest and he was chewing gum as I neared him.

He gave me his sexy smile and I smiled back at him, "Hi."

"That's all I get is a "hi"?"

I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. I wasn't kissing him first twice. Or maybe that's what he was expecting.

His dark brown eyes bore into me waiting for me to do something.

Confused, but finally I spoke, "We should get my stuff from baggage claim."

And I began walking away from the gate.

Arjun walked backwards so he could face me as we walked. I slowed down my pace.

His smile turned into a smirk and I knew he was up to something. Before I knew it he ducked and grabbed me from the waist and threw me over his shoulder.

"What are you doing? Put me down!"

Arjun just laughed, "That's your punishment for seeing me after almost three months and just giving me a hi!"

"Come on Arjun, please put me down. People are staring at us."

Arjun just laughed more and kept walking towards baggage claim as if he wasn't doing anything abnormal.

I tried to slide down but he had a strong gripe on me. "Arjun, if you don't put me down, I'm going to..." I threatened as I gently tapped my leg against him as a warning, which landed down the middle of his body with my foot landing at a particularly vulnerable spot.

Immediately he stopped and dropped me down.

"Thank you."

He pulled me and gave me a hug and whispered in my ear, "You're welcome, but I was kind of hoping hello would be something along the lines of our goodbye."

He held me tight as I tried to pull away. "You just got here, why are you trying to run away?"

I stopped trying to pull away and relaxed in his arms.

"I'm not running away."

"Good," he said as he kissed me on the side of my head.

Someone walking by coughed intentionally, signaling for us to take our reunion somewhere else.

I smiled and looked up at Arjun.

"Hi," he said softly before lifting my chin and kissing me quickly on the lips.

My heart was hammering inside my chest. Well at least my end of school year kiss however chaste meant something to him.

"Come on," he said as he grabbed my handbag and threw it over his shoulder and then slipped his free hand into mine.

We walked in silence to baggage claim, which was a first for us because it seemed like we were always talking.

We stood in front of the carousel as we waited for my luggage to be unloaded.
