I'm on a role and hopefully, this will keep up - here's another chapter to make up for my long absence. Please leave comments - I love them!! I've also included a clip of the show Wings - which I loved when it was on the air. I've included a short clip, but you can watch many more online. Love the Hackett brothers and how they fight and their chemistry. Enjoy!!! GD.

"Hey, how are you?" I asked Anjali as I lay on my bed.
"Hey yourself. I'm great actually. How are you?"
"You sound really happy; any particular reason?"
"Actually, yes," Anjali laughed softly in the phone.
"Are you going to tell me why?" I asked as I turned over to lay on my stomach.
"Why don't you guess?"
"Okay, I'll bite. You went shopping and got an awesome deal on a designer dress."
"That's so stereotypical and no that's not the reason."
"Okay if it wasn't a dress, was a new pair of jeans?"
"If I were next to you right now, I'd smack you! No and it has nothing to do with shopping."
"Okay, you saw Katherine today."
"No I did not see her but I do see her often so she's not the reason for my overly cheery mood."
"Another friend then?"
"No, it's something I did today?"
"Well, it's obviously not shopping. Give me a hint."
"I went with my brother."
"You went to New York City and hung out for the day."
"Nope, that's not it either."
"Okay, I give up."
"Fine, I'll tell you. I went racing today! Oh my god, it was so much fun!!! It's the first time I've gone this summer. Do you race?"
"Race what?" I asked stupidly.
"Cars of course what did you think?"
"Like remote controlled cars? You don't seem like the type who gets a kick out of that."
"No not like remote controlled cars, like real cars! It's one of my favorite things to do."
"Like drag racing?"
"No we go to a speedway and race sports cars around the track. I even beat my brother several times – which is pretty good since I haven't been racing all school year."
"What did you race?"
"An F3! God, I love speed."
"Like a real race car like the one professionals race?"
"Yup. The one and only and it felt so awesome. So do you race?"
"Absolutely not! I don't definitely race; I'm not stupid, Ama...I'm never going to race! And you shouldn't race either; what the hell was your brother thinking!" Shit I had almost told her that Amar races cars too. He goes on and on about the adrenalin rush he gets from going at such high speeds. Last thing I need them bonding over racing and the next thing you know Anjali would be drooling over him.
