One more year till Rey's dreams come true. She J's everything she wanted to have by the time she was 17.

An acceptance letter .
But they were not why she wanted ... She didn't either one of them. Never in a million years...
It had been about 2 weeks , Rey was 6 weeks pregnant and there was no showing .
Today after school she had to go to the ultrasound place . She didn't know if Ben was gonna come. She kinda wanted him to.
As soon as the bell ran she walked off to her car and drove there .
Pictures ! Lots of pictures! - Leia
Rey smiled at Leia's text and walked in the doctor's office. She walked over and signed in .
No sign of Ben and no sign of anyone else . Guess she was doing this on her own.
She sat down in a chair and she saw a blonde girl , a girl that was her age . "You're Rey right?" The girl said .
"Yeah ... -"
"I'm Gwen Phasma ... Or just Phasma ... I'm pregnant too" she said .
"Same ... You know ... We could hang out some time ... Because we're both you know ..."
"Yeah I know ... And I'd love that" she said .
"Me too ... Here ... Give me your number " Rey said getting out her phone and handing it to her .
Phasma put her number in and then Rey did the same . The two were talking for a couple minutes. Not about school or anything but just how stressful this all has been.
"Miss Kenobi ?" The nurse said . Rey stood up and walked over . "Follow me" and she went into the room. Rey waved to Phasma and she waved back.
"Lift your shirt up under your chest , doctor will be in soon to begin your screening ... Any questions ?"
"No I'm all good ... Thank you " Rey said and she left . Rey grabbed her phone and took a photo of her nonexistent baby bump .
About to start ... Any questions before the doctor comes in ?
Rey then got a text back .
Ask if there's a way you could maybe schedule an appointment and I can come ? - Leia

Rey then closed her phone and her eyes . It was nice to be off her feet , she had been doing school work than actually work for so long .
The door opened and then came the doctor . "Hi ... How are we feeling today?"
"Good ... " she said and then the doctor began the machine .
"Where's the father ?" The doctor asked .
"He didn't show " Rey said softly .
"That's alright " the doctor gave her a sympathetic smile .
The door then opened and Ben came in . "Sorry I'm late , I was caught up with something have you started yet?" He asked .
"No ... You're right on time for the show to start" she smiled .
Ben sat down near Rey and smiled at her . Rey looked up at him and smiled back .
"Okay ... There's it is" the doctor showed the baby on the screen .
"It's a bit bigger now ... About the size of he lentil..."
"Wow " Rey said .
"That's our baby" Ben said really amazed by it.
"It's heartbeat is much faster than last time and is tripled the sized ... Bones in the face are forming and seem tying up." The doctor smiled .
Both Ben and Rey were looking at the screen , their eyes glued to the small looking bean .
"Is is a boy or girl ?" Ben asked excitedly .
"Can't quite tell yet ... In about ten weeks we'll be able to see the baby's sex organs ... " and then the doctor moved the wand "do we want pictures ?"
"Yes ... " Rey said .
"How many ?" She asked .
"About 2 or 3 different photos and then 5 or 6 copies of each " Ben said .
The doctor nodded and took some photos , Ben couldn't help but smile at Rey's face as the doctor took pictures .
"Okay ... I'll have the nurse bring them in... It was nice to see you both" then Ben shook the doctor's hand .
"Rey ? I wanna talk to you about some things ..."
"Me too" she said .
"Here you two go " the nurse said handing them the pictures .

Rey and Ben were sitting down outside of the Starbucks . "What did you wanna talk about ?" Ben asked .
"Now ... I wouldn't be asking you this if I didn't have to " she began taking a sip of her ice tea . "I was hoping you could do me a big favor ... Like a really big one"
"Oh ... Okay what is it?" He asked .
"My family , extended family ... They know I'm pregnant ... And they're really judge mental... And they'll be asking really bad questions about me and talking horrible about my mother ... Can you come with me ... Pretend to be my boyfriend and that we're gonna get married as soon as I turn 18 that way they won't talk about my mother ... How this all happened to her , being alone with a baby... It's this Saturday and Sunday ... At my aunts house ... And it's kinda all day , up state ... My grandpa said that it would be good if you went with us " Rey said .
"Yeah ... Sounds good ... I can go with you ... " he said .
"Oh what did you wanna talk about?" Rey asked .
"My mom wants to have you over for dinner tonight" he said .
"Yeah ... That sounds good" Rey took a drink of her ice tea.
