"Don't hope for the best, work for it."- Unknown

"God damn it." I exclaimed as I struggled to put on these stupid ripped black skinny jeans. Honestly I have no idea how girls wear these torture contraptions every single day. They do make my legs look fabulous though. I decided on being a little bit more presentable today rather then my usual go to hobo look.

I breathed a sigh of relief once I finished getting dressed. I took one look over of myself and thought, "damn, not bad Amnesia, not bad." I had decided on wearing some black ripped skinny jeans with a loose brown top with my converse. I was going to face the freezing weather today since I knew Rosie would be taking me home. I considered curling my hair but I knew I would fuck it up so I just let my naturally straight brown locks free to be themselves.

I was putting on my glasses when I heard a knock on the door, "come in!" I yelled as I walked over to my chair to grab my black bag.

"Hey." I turned to see who it was, when I caught eyes with Rosie she gave me those eyes that said, "come on give me an overlook!" So I did just that.
"Damn Amnesia you look hot." Rosie said as she chuckled. "But that isn't what I came in here for." Rosie was no longer chuckling. Instead she put a serious look on her face. Which frightened me to say the least.

"So, Gregory told me what happened between the two of you last night." Rosie said as she crossed her arms over her chest. What? What on earth could he have told her? Nothing happened last night.

"He told me that you came home late last nigh from your shift." Oh well there was that, but that was hardly worth repeating.

"Oh. Um, alright." What else was I supposed to say? I know that Gregory told her more, it's all over Rosie's face. There is definitely something she's hiding.

"I also noticed that ever since he came back you've been pretty resistant towards him." I scoffed. I think I have a good enough reason to be resistant. I don't care if Gregory came back. The point is that he only came back from the army because he had to leave for the army. Without saying goodbye. Something all too familiar.

"We gotta go I'm gonna be late for school." I walked out without a second glance and proceeded to wait inside the car.

I was quick to go through my high school's doors, hoping to just make this day easy without any distractions.

"Hello stranger." I chuckled when I heard his voice ring through my ears.

"Hello stranger that my brother has a strange infatuation with." A slightly shocked feeling ran all throughout my body when I realized that not only was Grayson besides me to my right, but so was his brother Ethan to my left. I stole a glance from Grayson and saw him clench his jaw a few times. Then I stole a glance from Ethan and saw an amused look on his face. A face I know no good could come out of.

I hadn't heard very much about Ethan, except that he was a lot more in the shadows then Grayson was. No one really knew they were brothers, you'd have to ask, and if you asked the wrong one, you'd be wishing you'd minded your own business.

For a few seconds they locked eyes and seemed like they were having their own little conversation with each other. Feeling uncomfortable I decided to remove myself from this very, awkward situation.
