Megan's Party\Chapter One

Before you read this I just wanna give a shout out to the author of dark. She gave me the inspiration to write a fanfic of my own. I'm working really hard on this thinking of the plot, and my mom and best friend are contributing some ideas so shout out to them as well. I hope you like it and 1D I love you guys, and I hope you read and like it as well.

After a long day at work and school, I laid on my bed frustrated and upset still thinking of my break up nearing six months ago. My thoughts were interrupted by a buzz from my phone. I glanced at my phone to see who the text was from, it was my best friend Danielle. I picked up my phone to read her text

"Come to Megan's party with me?" She asked.

"I'm tired" I lied, trying to avoid the scolding conversation of why I was still thinking about my ended relationship.

"Please Brianna? I don't want to go alone" she said.

"Ok I'll change my clothes and meet you there" I said. I needed to get out anyway. I needed a break from my confused thoughts swirling around in my head like crazy. I searched through my closet finding a black sweater dress, black leggings, and black high heel knee boots. I dressed, applied my makeup to my light brown skin, brushed my shoulder length, black hair and left. Approaching the house I knew which one it was instantly with the loud dance music playing and people surrounding it. I quickly noticed Dani as she stood next to the front door leaning against the brick wall, nervously waiting for me.

"You're here!" She said as she ran to me and hugged me.

"ALRIGHT LET'S GO GET OUR PARTY ON!" I said as I took her hand shimmied as I had seen done in a video I watched earlier in the week and we walked in.

Hours had passed as we had been dancing to so many of our favorite songs. I leaned towards her so she would hear me over the loud banging music.

"I'm going to the bathroom I'll be right back" she nodded and I walked away. On my return from the upstairs bathroom to where Dani was dancing, I felt someone staring at me and watching every move I made. I swiftly turned around to find it was the cute blued eyed blonde boy who I had been playing eye-tag with on and off all night. He was leaning up against the wall right next to the bathroom door. He walked up to me, pulling me closer to him by my hand, and placed his arm on the lower curve of my back.

"So we finally meet?" His Irish accent and ocean blue like eyes captivated me instantly. I snapped myself back from gazing into his eyes.

"Yes and could you be holding me any tighter?" Before the beautiful blue eyed boy could answer me our conversation was interrupted by Dani as she came upstairs looking for me.

"Hey wha.....?" A confused look came over her face as I was still in this stunning boys arms. I pushed away from him as she pulled me back down the stairs.

"I'll see you again before this party is over!" He yelled down the steps as we walked away. I was staring at him so hard as he came down the steps and walked towards his friends, that I barely heard Dani talking to me.

"Don't you know who that is?" She asked.

"Huh?" I replied still to busy staring at him.

"That's Niall Horan he just moved to New Jersey from Ireland two years ago, and he's been getting into some serious trouble ever since." Now me being the type of girl that liked bad boys this interested me.

"What exactly has he done?" I asked her while still staring at him now with an intrigued smile on my face.

"I'm not sure" she said looking at me curiously.

"But I know he's been arrested!" She said sternly. This only made my smile bigger. As Dani began to scold me for always wanting to date bad boys, our conversation was abruptly interrupted as Niall walked up behind me, leaned down to my height, and whispered in my ear

"Let's dance." Then quickly pulled me away before I could answer. As we danced with my body pressed up against his. My back to his front, the smell of his natural scent entranced me. He wrapped his arms around the front of my waist so tight and close.

"You're very beautiful" he whispered in my ear.

"What's your name?" He asked.

"Brianna" I practically moaned. With my eyes closed, as I was still entranced by his accent, his smell, and the way he was holding me.

"Now I know you already know my name because I heard you talking to your friend who now seems to be quite occupied." I opened my eyes, being pulled from my thoughts, I looked at Dani who was now dancing with Niall's friend Harry.

As people started to leave, Niall and I had been on and off the dance floor talking for the rest of the night. When Dani and I started to walk home, Niall and Harry pulled up next to us in a black ford SUV.

"You girls want a ride?" Niall said from the driver seat. We accepted as Harry moved to the back seat to be next to Dani and I hopped in the front. After dropping Harry off at his place and Dani at her's, we pulled up in front of my house.

"Are you sure you don't want to come to my place?" Niall asked while chuckling slightly, though I knew he was serious.

"No" I said sort of chuckling myself.

"I just met you and my mom would spazz if I didn't come home." I said while opening the passenger door and grabbing my purse.

"Alright." He said kind of sad as he hopped out of the driver seat to walk me to my door. We approached my door as I started fumbling around in my purse for my keys. After finding them, Niall stole a kiss from my lip glossed lips. His lips where soft and warm.

"I'll text you later." He said walking back to his car. I nodded and walked in the door.

"Did you have fun?" my mom asked. Sitting in her favorite chair in the living room.

"Yea it was ok." I said not really ready to talk about my meeting with Niall. I went upstairs, wiped my makeup off, put my PJs on, and climbed into bed. I received a text just before I closed my eyes,. It was from Niall.

"Goodnight gorgeous" he said.

"Goodnight" I said then drifted off to sleep.

Hey the beautiful ones. Ok first chapter done! How do you like it? Let me know, drop your opinions in the comments. TBH I started writing this a long time ago. Like years ago. I'm just editing and rewriting some parts. I thought about completely deleting it and starting over, but I just don't have the time. Editing and changing is the best I can do right now.
