Normal Day For Once\Chapter Thirteen

It had been about two weeks since Tyrone's "friend" showed up at the bookstore and I still hadn't told Niall or anyone for that matter, well except for Danielle. I was scared out of my mind about it honestly, but at the same time I didn't want to bail on Yvette and Jamal like that.

"So what are you going to do?" Dani asked me as we drove to the mall so I could find a dress for the wedding which was a week away.

"I'm just gonna go, do what I told them I was gonna do, avoid Tyrone like the plague, and get outta there. Simple as that." I told her, as she turned into the mall parking lot.

"But what if Tyrone doesn't let you avoid him?" She asked.

"I don't know but what I do know is if I don't go I will just prove to him that I'm still scared of him and I refuse to let him believe that." I said as we parked.

"Do you want me and Harry to come with you?" She asked as we got out of the car and walked to the door.

"No, No way I don't want to put you guys in danger too if Tyrone tries something crazy. I already feel like I'm taking a risk by bringing Niall, my brother and his girlfriend." I said as we walked through the automatic doors.

"I mean it would mean more protection for you if he does try something." I was hesitant about calling Yvette again and asking her if I could bring two more people, but I guessed considering the circumstances she would understand.

"OK I'll call her after we leave here" she nodded in response as we walked to Debbs to find me and her dresses. After about a half hour we found the perfect dresses, a few tank tops, some t-shirts, and a couple of sweaters.

"You wanna go find some shoes?" Dani asked as we paid for our stuff.

"Yeah let's go" I said as I gave the cashier the money and she gave me the change. We went down the escalator and walked into The Shoe Depo.

"We can find shoes here right?" She asked as we searched for our sections.

"Yea we can I'm sure" I told her as I looked around then walked to mine. I tried on about four different pairs of shoes until I found the perfect pair that went amazingly with my dress. They were silver and open toe. I found Dani and she had picked a cute pair of shoes as well.

"Those are cute" I told her as she showed them to me.

"Are you sure they go with my dress?" She asked as we got in line.

"They're perfect" I said as we waited.

"OK great" she said as she smiled and I smiled back.

"You wanna grab some food then get outta here?" I asked her as I placed my shoes on the counter as I was next in line.

"Sure Sounds good" she said as I pulled my card out of my wallet and swiped it to finish paying for my shoes. Dani paid for her shoes and we walked to the food court.

"Where do you wanna eat?" She asked as we got into the food court.

"I think I'm gonna get a chicken salad at the salad place" I told her.

"OK well I'm gonna go to chic-fil-a and we can meet up somewhere in the middle" she said as she chuckled.

"OK" I said then walked away. I was standing in line waiting to order and figured I would call Yvette right then. I pulled my phone out of my back pocket, found and dialed her number. I waited for her to answer and after about two rings she did.

"Hello?" She said.

"Hey Yvette it's Brianna" I said.

"Hey girl what's up?" She asked.
