After eight hours of trying to accept that I was actually living with my ex, I decided to continue what I was working on just to ignore the whole situation. This wasn't happening, wasn't it? Who would like to live with their ex anyways? Psh. I wouldn't mind in all honesty, but knowing that I admitted that I was still in love with her make the whole situation more awkward than it really was.

How lame, how lame was a person like me is still in love with her ex after five years. Though, if I was still in love, why was it so awkward then to live with her again? Damn! It's awkward because it's the fact that Im living with the person I love who is married to none of a particular.

I groaned as I shoot the ninth paper on the trash can. Unknowingly, I was wasting papers the whole time because my brain was occupied with shits. I glanced at the clock when it suddenly rung, it said 7:30 in the evening. I walked towards the door and the smell of cup noodles made it's way in my nostrils.

Dennise was sitting on the countertop of the sink with cup noodles on her hand. I frowned, "that's not healthy."

Her eyes glanced at me whilst she was sipping for a piece of long noodle in between her lips. The sound of it caused my stomach to growl quietly, "the milk in the fridge is mine and the sausages. Plus," she pointed at the drawer, "the noodles are mine."

I rolled my eyes, "I don't care. I will eat whatever food is in here, it's my house and..."

"But I was the one who bought it!"-Dennise

I grabbed one of her cup noodles earning a quiet protest from her lips, "If you're not allowing me to make one for myself then share what you're eating right now!" I said glancing at my back.

"Okay, just pay it then."-Dennise

"How much?"

"Twenty pesos," she replied and flattened her palm in front of me.

"Bakit ang mahal?!" Kunot noo kong tanong, "this cup noodles is just fifteen pesos at the store!"

"Plus water!"-Dennise

"Right," sagot ko nalang at walang ganang inilagay ang twenty pesos sa palad niya. I saw a smile tugged on her lips causing me to pout, "Can I have a free kiss then?"

Then suddenly I felt a sharp pain at my left arm. I rubbed the sore part as Dennise annoyingly made it's way on her old spot. Damn, she's a ninja! Bilis ng kamay niya ah? Hindi ko nakita. Fernes, her slap is harder and more painful this time.

Nakasimangot akong tumungo sa stove at nagulat ng itap ako ni Dennise sa balikat, "You're stepping in my space," she pointed at my right foot.

"Really?! But I can step on the tape naman ah?"

"Yes, but your feet is not on the tape, it's in my floor."-Dennise

I retreated my foot back as I stared on my noodles. Nang matansya ko na ang tubig ay saka ko iyon tinakpan ng small plate. I leaned my elbows on the tiled empty space near the stove with my body against the small wall of the sink. Dennise was still eating as if I was not beside her.

Thinking, I slowly faced her and my eyes find their way to her ring finger, "whom are you married to?" I asked making her stop.

Slowly, she looked at me, stared at me longer than it supposed to be, then without a word she got back on her food. I sighed. I was just curious, and ang bata niya naman ata para ikasal diba? 24 is still young to get married nowadays, 30 is the new 20 kaya.

I checked on my noodle and was about to eat when Dennise spoke, "why do you need to know? It's not like you care or what..."

"Im curious..."
