When Emma got to the hospital she thanked her boss and almost ran to the reception. There was a long queue and when she was finally at the front the receptionist was on the phone. Emma decided to wait for what seemed like forever but was only 5 minutes the receptionist got off the phone and said "hello what can I do for you?"
Emma took a deep breath to try and calm herself and said "I think my mother has just been in a car crash and her name is Susan Jones she is 84..." The receptionist cut her off by saying follow me and led her to her mother's room where doctors were working on her. A doctor looked up and walked towards Emma. "I'm Adrian are you her daughter?" Emma could only nod in response as she was almost at breaking point.
"Well she has a few injuries, and some internal bruising but she is alive and stable and she can have guests tomorrow. She has broken both her legs as they were trapped in the car and has a head injury we are still investigating."
