Chapter 17

**Emma's pov**

She woke up and decided to try Lucy again but she had been blocked so there was nothing she could do. So she tried Sadie. No answer her phone was either dead, switched off or left in the house while she was out. So she decided to go to hospital to visit her mum and tell her everything.

She expected to see Adrian there but she realized he was on the night shift as she was walking into her mother's room she noticed a nurse looking worried. "What's wrong? Is she okay? Is it bad?" she asked in a rush. The nurse then told her that her mum's vitals were a little low but it was nothing to worry about. She sat next to her mother and told her to hang on for a little longer as she was still needed and then told her everything that happened since the last time she saw her.

She then text Adrian about her mum and everything that had happened apart from the doll. That was the only thing she kept from him as he may get the wrong idea and not speak to her. He comforted her and asks her on another date for 3 days away (20th chapter) 

**Liz pov**

It was her big day. She was scared, worried and anxious. Emma was meant to be here. Hell everyone was meant to be here. But she had to make do with immediate family, her 2 bridesmaids (her cousins) and her husband and his family. She wanted to get back to Emma, she wanted to stop her mum from dying, she wanted to get married, she didn't want to get married without everyone here. She sighed
and prepared herself mentally for the day. "let's get this over with" she thought. She checked herself in the mirror. Everything was good and she heard her cue. She linked arms with her dad and walked to her husband-to-be David and vows and rings were swapped. There were cheers, dances, drinks and kisses and then when it was back to the hotel she called Emma. The news she heard changed her mind completely about the honeymoon she had to go back.
