Chapter three
William POV
I walked into the front office of the school building and sighed when I saw the receptionist.
She was a young lady, probably in her early twenties with red hair and blue eyes. Freckles covered her nose, which was a button and her breasts looked fake. I opened my senses and heard her thoughts loud and clear.
Holy shit, he is delicious. Please be a student's older brother and not a student. I rolled my eyes up at her and walked straight to her.
"Hi, my names William Hunt and I'm the new student here. I was told to come here to collect my timetable and locker number." I asked her politely and she didn't try very hard to hide her disappointment. Sighing, she got up and went over to collect my things without a word. Returning she all but shoved the papers at me.
"You'll find a map, your timetable and locker combination and number. By the way," she nodded to the clock, "you're already fifteen minutes late so you better hurry." She smirked at me and I nodded, walking out.
I took my time finding my locker and then trying to figure out how to open my lock. At every school, it's different way. There was always just that certain way to open the locker, that they never taught you.
Eventually, I got it open and shoved everything I didn't need and headed to my first class. English.
I found my class with ease and throw away my gum before walking in with my head high. If school hopping had taught me anything it was not to show that you were weak when you encounter your first class.
I learnt that lesson the hard way.
Like every other time, everyone stopped talking and turned to stare at me but I ignored them. I went straight to the teacher but when I was talking to her, I couldn't help but hear a girl who kept talking... no flirting with another student. Her voice...
"Everyone we have a new student. Joining us is William Hunt-" the teacher tried to speak but stopped when the girl kept flirting. "Miss Dark perhaps instead of flirting with Mr. Griffin, you'd be kind enough to show Mr. Hunt around school this week." The teacher concluded. Miss. Dark turned around and I nearly stopped breathing.
She was beyond beautiful, with her jet black hair and violet eyes. Her lips were so full it was unbelievable and her skin was clear and pale. No words could describe her beauty.
Miss Dark gives the most sarcastic smile ever, "I'd be happy to show Mr. Hunt around." She doesn't even look at me, just turns to the girl next to her.
The teacher, clearly naive, was satisfied and gave me a rundown on what the class is doing. But I don't listen to a word of what she is saying, nor do I even look at her.
I was staring at Miss Dark.
I knew I wasn't here to play around, I was here on serious business but I couldn't help it. I thought she was the most perfect creature on this earth and I felt this overwhelming need to be near here. Silently I thanked the Archangels for sending me here and got nothing in back.
Huh.. Must be busy.
"Bet you any money Lily did that on purpose, that stupid slut." I heard someone hissed and I looked in front of Miss Dark to see a unnaturally bleach blond girl glaring at Miss Dark.
Lily... what an beautiful name. It had the meaning of pure and innocences.
Again, another overwhelming need to be close to her appeared inside me and I wanted to do nothing but rip the girl who was hissing at Lily's head off.
