Chapter six
William POV - Three weeks later
I was woken up by Lily's heavy breathing as well as the fact she was thrusting around the bed. She'd had the same dream for the last three weeks, every week she saw a tiny bit more. My face paled when she had first explained who was in her dream and her face had become sickly green when I had told her who the three men were.
"Leave them alone!" She screamed and shot up, drenched with sweat with tears gushing down her face. I pulled her into a hug quickly and she cried against my chest, moaning about something I couldn't understand.
After a few minutes she calmed down, "Sh.. It's okay. It's alright, they can't hurt you. It's only a dream." I said these words, for me or her I wasn't sure. She didn't respond anyways.
"They were trying to kill the kids. The two little innocent kids, the tallest one was trying to kill them." She spoke slowly, as if not believing what she had just saw.
I gulped and knew she spoke of Michael. He was the strongest out of the three, the dangerous one. He showed no mercy, no fear and no pain.
"Tell me what happened this time." I murmured and she took a deep breath.
"It started same as always. Lucifer, Theodor, Courtney and Ryan were all standing together, you come to me and then they come down and look like someone has just seriously pissed them off. Then the children run towards me and they hide behind us, while the tallest one, Michael I think, screams 'Abomination' repetitively for a minute before Gabrielle throws something towards me. You catch it and throw it back, piercing his left wing. Then that's when Michael approaches us, his eyes aimed towards the kids. And I defend them with my life." She was crying again and I just held her.
Since she had them from the last three weeks, we have gotten into a pattern of how to deal with these nightmares. Usually she would just calm down and then we'd talk about it some more but today she pushed me away and walked out.
I didn't know what to do so I just stayed and sighed.
Michael, why would you kill innocent children? I questioned to myself and nothing came to mind. I hadn't had any contact with anyone upstairs in a long time so I didn't know what was going on.
Sighing heavily, I pushed myself of the bed and I got changed. I quickly jotted down what had happen in the dream that Lily had had before going downstairs to where Ryan and Courtney were sitting breakfast.
"How is she?" Courtney asked, worried as usual.
"Not sure, today she didn't speak really." I answered quietly and I told them what little she had told me.
When I was done, Courtney stood up and glared at Ryan, "It's time! We should have done this when the first dream started!"
"We don't know anything-"
"My point exactly, we need to fucking do something before she sees something that will break her." she looked at me, "I'm calling Theodor."
And then she was there, like a flash of lighting except quicker. She was only dressed in a singlet and trackpants. Her hair was dripping down her little body and I quickly threw her my jumper. She shrugged it on and turned to Courtney.
"We are not calling Theodor!"
"Yes we are!"
"We don't need to bother him, he is probably doing something important." She cried and I snorted. All three heads snapped towards me and I realized what I had done.
"What was the snort for Hunt?" Ryan asked, sounding light but the way he was walking towards me, I knew I had crossed some sort of line.
"I snorted at what Lily said, how Theodor is doing something 'important'." I answered truthfully and Lily's eyes turned to fire.
