Dear Diary,
I...am...so...dead. I can't believe that we had our first argue, and it felt like that could be the worst. I didn't know she was going to be jealous of me. Am I that handsome now? No, I need to stop thinking about that!
Merida was in the cafeteria, reading books for her exams. Violet saw her and approaches her in her sit. "Hey Mer," Vi called. "Oh, hi. How are you?" Merida asked and closed her book. Violet sighs. "Hm?" Merida asked. "I messed up," Vi shakes her head.
"What? W-what did ya do?" Merida comforts Violet.
"Well, me and Hiccup hung out. And um...Astrid saw us," Violet answered. "Wait, ya hung out with Hiccup? I didn't even know you hang out with him," Merida said. "It was just yesterday, I just wanted to meet him and you know, because I kinda betrayed you guys. I wanted to hang out with you and I made it worse," Vi cried. "Okay, well...why don't you explain to Astrid?" Merida asked. "I can't...I don't know if I can talk to her," Vi said. "I'll make her talk to you...it's the only way," Merida said.
"Look, maybe it's not the best thing to do right now," Vi said. "Yes, it is the right thing to do," Merida said. Vi just nodded to her.
Merida went to Astrid's class and saw her alone, she texted Violet to go to her classroom. Vi followed. She was shaking, too afraid to talk. "I know you're there Vi," Astrid said. Violet was in shock. She entered the classroom slowly.
Shyly and nervously she sat on the chair. Astrid looked at her in a mean and sad way. "Look, believe me I just wanted to make it up to them. I hung out with Hiccup because I just wanted to be friends with him," Vi explained. "I know that. It's just that...Hiccup and I don't go out much anymore. And I just can't believe he agreed to you. I mean, every time I ask him he said he's always busy. And when I saw you guys at the mall...I felt like I'm not the one for him, I mean you guys looked better. I guess, what am I? Just a mean and rich girl falling for a nerd," Astrid said.
"That's not true, Hiccup loves you. He had a crush on you for the longest time, he won't just give up on this," Vi said. Astrid sighs. "Maybe he had a crush on me when he doesn't know me much. I was mean back then, still he liked me, but when I wasn't mean now he can do anything he wants because I always agree to him," Astrid said. "What do you mean about that?" Vi asked. Astrid didn't answer.
"Vi, don't tell me that you'll be mean again," Vi said. "No, don't worry. I won't, I just wanted Hiccup to be happy anyways," Astrid said and left the room.
Merida's POV
I felt bad for Violet. I can't believe that Astrid got mad at Hiccup too. I kinda want to talk to her but I felt like if I did she'll get mad at me. She may feel like we are fighting up against her. I am here sitting alone in a bench. Hiccup skipped school today, said he was sick, OR maybe LOVESICK. That guy can't take too much emotion, not like me I can take it.
"Boo!" an irritating voice startled me. Oh, it was Jack. "Are ya off your head? Can't ya hold ya wheest?" I asked. "Huh?" Jack asked. "It means can't ya be quiet? Ugh, what now?" I groaned. "Nothing, it's just that the class has already ended and you're still here," Jack sat beside me and put his arm around the bench.
"Aren't ya with Rapunzle?" I asked. "Yea. I already took her home, she was worried about you so she sent me here," Jack said. "Oh, I rather prefer her ya know," I said with my eyebrows raised. "Oh, come on. I'm trying to be nice now, I know there's something wrong," Jack said. Well, maybe it's time that I'll tell him what's wrong, it's Hiccup's problem not mine.
"Okay. There's a problem," I said. Jack pats my back. "Don't worry, I know how it is to be ugly," Jack said. I punched his shoulder, what a stone in the head. "I'm just kidding, what is it?" Jack asked.
"It's about Hiccup. Astrid just got mad at him for hanging out with Violet. And now he's not feeling well and doing really bad," I answered. "Is that so? I mean, it's a simple fight you know they'll get along," Jack said. "How would ya know?"
"Well. I've been through tough relationships many times now. And it always ended up bad for me, good thing Rapunzel is my girlfriend. We don't fight much, I think we never fought," Jack smirked. Yea, Rapunzel is a really good girl. The guy that will fall in love with her is lucky, but unlucky for Jack :(
"Do ya really think about that? This is different, it's Hiccup's relationship not yours, ya might be a cool guy and used to it but what about him?" I asked. That made Jack think, he seems like he is not that serious right now, what a wee lamb. "Well, it's his problem. Let's not deal with it, and besides, what could possibly go wrong?" Jack chuckles.
"Hiccup is on the roof! He's going to kill himself!!!" a student shouted in front of us and ran. "Really Jack?" I asked. Jack shrugged his shoulders.
................................................................................................................................................................
Two of them saw Hiccup on the roof, he was standing there all by himself. "What is he doing?" Merida asked. "Didn't you hear? He is going to kill himself," Jack said. "Maybe it's a joke," Merida said. "I am going to kill myself!" Hiccup shouted. Jack raised his eyebrow. "See?"
Merida called Rapunzle and Astrid for help. "What is going on here?" Mr. Claus asked. He saw Hiccup standing at the edge of the school. "Hiccup! Get down from there!" Mr. Claus exclaimed. "Rapunzel! Astrid, Hiccup is on the roof right now. He is going to kill himself," Merida said. "Oh my gosh, we're on our way," Rapunzel said.
Finally, the two girls arrived along with Violet. "Ya guys are okay now?" Merida asked Vi and Astrid. "Look, that's not important now. We need to get Hiccup out of the roof!" Astrid shouted.
"Hiccup! It's Astrid!" she shouted. "Look, I know. You can't forgive me, I am the worst boyfriend ever!" Hiccup shouted back. "No, you're not. Look, this is not how the whole relationship thing works okay? We need space," Astrid said. "How much space? Like a thousand meters?" Hiccup asked. "No, it's just that we need to take some time to think okay? For ourselves. I'm sorry, I'm just very disappointed at you. I mean, we never get to hang out like that and I just can't believe you did it with someone," Astrid explained.
"I'm sorry...I didn't mean it. I promise," Hiccup cried. "I forgive you, and I'm sorry too. I promise you I'm fine now, and I want you to be too," Astrid said. Hiccup wiped his face. "Now, I want you to come down here, and give me a hug," she opened her arms wide for Hiccup. He smiled and so excited to hug her. But when he took his second step, he slipped off the roof and started to fall.
The people gasps. What happened to Hiccup?
