The Teacher (Rapunzel's Diary)

Dear Diary, 

I can't believe that Flynn Rider is going to be teaching me cheer leading. When I first saw him, my first impression to him is he was like a player in a basketball or football team. And I thought that he was an action star. I didn't know he knows how to cheer lead. I still don't know why, but I still feel so uncomfortable with him. Is it because I never got a chance to talk to him? Or is it because I felt something? Nah, whatever. I am not going to. I already have Jack, and I feel like it's enough.

Rapunzel went early in school, because she wanted to hang out with Hiccup and Merida. She went to the cafeteria, but only saw Hiccup. He became fine after that fall from the building, still his legs are a little bit paralyzed. 

Rapunzel's POV

"Hey," I called Hiccup. He immediately looked at me and gave me a smile. 

"How's your feet doing?" I asked.

"Actually um...it's my leg, not my feet," he said with a smirk.

"Oh, sorry. How's your leg?" I asked with a little bit of giggle.

"Well, it's doing a little bit fine. It's still hard to control. Well, you're early today, you even got here first before me. I saw you in the gate, you went to school like 5:00 AM or something," Hiccup said.

"Oh, I just wanted to see you guys before the class started. I really just want to talk to you guys," I said. 

He raised his eyebrow and smirked at me. "Is about that cheer leading team isn't it? Flynn Rider's gonna teach you?" Hiccup asked. 

My eyes are widen. "Wait...h-how did you know that?" I asked because I was confused.

"Well, me and Astrid were about to go to gym. But uh, she told me that she needed to go home early, so she asked me to grab her things to the gym, then I saw the both of you. It looks like he's going to be a great teacher," Hiccup smiled.

"Well, I really do hope so. I'm actually his first student," I shrugged my shoulders.

"Woah, really? That's so cool, it means that you got to hang out with him?" Hiccup said as he was so excited.

"I'm just going to attend his class...not hang out," I said while I rolled my eyes.

"Trust me, every girl in this school wants to get to hang out with Flynn Rider! You are so lucky, you got to hang out with him while you still have your moment. Don't worry, I just wanted you guys to be friends okay? Don't be shy to him," Hiccup said.

I think that Hiccup is just trying to be too smart. Every girl would want to hang out with him because they like him. Do I like him too? Ugh, I already have a boyfriend, although it's not official in school. Every one thinks that Jack and Merida are a couple, which is fine to me. I'm not getting jealous or anything. I know they're doing that because they needed to. I find it a little bit cute actually, wait what? No, no, ugh, whatever.

"I need to go, thanks for hanging out with me," I said with a wink. 

"No problem. Just tell me what it's like talking with one of the most famous guy in school," Hiccup said. I rolled my eyes with a smile.

Rapunzel went to the gym, and accidentally saw Flynn Rider shirtless. She tried to run away but he already seen her. 

"Hey," he called. Rapunzel tried not to blush when she looked at him.

"Oh, hi. Shall we start?" Rapunzel asked.

"Yea sure. Sorry, I still need to dress up, did I bother you?" Flynn asked.

"No, no, not at all. Go ahead," Rapunzel said with a shaky voice. 

Flynn smiled at her while he enters the showers. Rapunzel hurriedly sat on the bench and started to hit herself softly. "No, do not be mesmerized by his perfect body, wait! Ugh, no, he doesn't have a perfect body," Rapunzel said to herself. 

Flynn finally finished putting his t-shirt on and getting his shoes on. 

"Okay, shall we start?" Flynn asked. 

"Yea, sure," she answered quickly while she stood up. 

"Alright, since you're new and I'm new, we should try to know each other while we practice. Here are the lists of my famous moves, they are a little bit challenging but trust me, I will be doing my very best to give you all of my knowledge and skills. Now, let's start stretching for a bit," Flynn said. 

Rapunzel nodded to him. She knows how to do splits so stretching wasn't difficult for her. "Oh, so you know how to do splits, that's one thing that we most needed in cheer leading. But do you know what we need? Passion, you know...the drive and love for cheer leading," Flynn said as his motivation to her.

Rapunzel just smiled to him.

"So um...you're the top team of the Big right?" Flynn asked.

"Yea," she answered shortly.

"You guys are pretty great. I think cheer leading would be much easier to you," Flynn said.

"Why is that?" she asked.

"Because you have teamwork, that's why I kinda needed you for the team. I know what you can do, and I know that this will work," Flynn said.

"You think it won't work?" she asked.

"I never said it won't...it will work, trust me, right?" Flynn said. 

That pushed Rapunzel to smile on her face. 

"You know...I've been wanting to talk to you for a very long time...and I was hoping that we could be friends, if that's alright. But if you want to take this professionally, then it's totally fine," Flynn said. 

Rapunzel smiled again, this time with a little bit blush. Not because she likes him, but because she's happy to know that someone really believed her. 

"Of course, we can be friends. I hope to know you more too," she said.

"Well, it's great. From now own, we treat each other as friends, deal?" Flynn asked and gave his hand to her.

"Deal," she said and shook his hand.
