Akiko's POV
It is summer vacation and I have been really busy. After my debut concert, I was swarming in work. I got to spend a ton of time with Starish. And living at the Master Course has been proven interesting. Especially, my senpai, Mikaze Ai, he is very punctual, and he loves giving me, Syo, and Natsuki something to do. I have to say he is strict, but I love a challenge. I mean, nothing can be more of a challenge than handling Tamaki at the Host Club, right? Anyways, it has been two weeks since my debut concert, and I am finally getting a day off. I am ready to spend the day in my room relaxing and stuff.
I have been keeping in contact with the members of the Host Club fairly well. I text Haruhi all of the time. She told me that the Host Club had visited her in Karuizawa while she was working. She told me about the refreshing contest to see who would get the last spare bedroom. I sounded hilarious. I told her that it was my day off today. Haruhi told me that she finished working at the pension for the summer and she said she would come hang out with me. I was excited for my day of relaxing in my room with Haruhi. We would have the dorm to ourselves because everyone else was working.
Right now, I am just in the sitting room waiting for Haruhi. Most of them have left already, so it was quiet.
"I am sooo bored," I exclaimed to no one.
"If you are bored, would you like for me to give you some work to do?" a voice asked. I turned around to see Mikaze-senpai standing in the doorway.
"What are you doing here?" I asked. "I thought you had work."
"I do, but I still have another half hour before I need to head out," he replied.
"Oh, to answer your question from earlier, no, I do not want more work, Mikaze-senpai, it is my day off," I answered.
"Don't me Mikaze-senpai, it makes me sound old," he said.
"But you are older than me," I pointed out. "By two years."
"I know that, but just call me Ai, like everyone else does," he said.
"Can't I just annoy you by calling you Mikaze-senpai," I pleaded.
"You can, if you want me to give you more work," he told me.
"Fine, I'll call you Ai-kun or whatever," I gave up.
"Thank you," he replied. Then, I heard a knock at the door.
"That must be Haruhi," I exclaimed.
"I'll be heading out," Ai-kun said.
"OK," I replied and went to answer the door.
"Hi Haruhi," I exclaimed.
"Hey there, Akiko," she replied. "Are you ready to hang out?"
"Yup, I can't wait, I have been needing a day off," I said. "Being an idol can take a lot out of you."
"I can tell, I have been watching your interviews on TV," Haruhi added. "You have been in a lot of commercials and stuff. I didn't know you could act."
"Well, when you are around a lot of kids all of your life, you have to learn how to act interested in stuff or compliment them on something or whatever," I replied.
"Yeah I guess that makes sense," she said. "So what do you want to do today?"
"I don't know, do you want to watch some TV in the sitting room?" I asked.
"Sure, why not?" We made our way to the sitting room, and I turned on the TV. We were flipping through a whole bunch of channels until we found one of Hyuga-san's movies. It was the newest movie. The one with Syo in it. We decided to watch it. I loved the movie. It had tons of action, and I love the part when Syo jumped over the gap to save his lover. When we finished the movie, we decided to go get something to eat for lunch.
