Nira's Pov "Are you guys the lost prince and Princess?" I ask. They stay silent. I give them a look that says that they should speak. After a couple of minutes they answer. "Yes..." They both say at the same time. Why did they speak at the same time? That's weird...
Lisa's Pov It's getting late and I'm about to go back to my tree house when I feel like there's something wrong. I turn around and see nothing. I continue on my way to the tree house. I'm climbing the ladder now and I see something running in the distance. I shrug it off and continue climbing. As I reach the top, I stare out the window at my house. The lights are off and the driveway is empty. I let out a sigh as I realize where my mom is. She's out drinking. She started doing this a week ago. I'm starting to feel bad about that. But there are things that I have hidden well that are from my past. *flashback* I'm sitting down in my room. My mom is at the hospital and my dad went out. It's just me here. (For those of you who remember about her siblings, I'm changing that. She doesn't have sisters anymore. She is an only child. Except her father still has the other child too) I hear the front door unlock as I see daddy waddle inside. I go to see him but he pulls out his phone. Someone calls him and he gets mad. He throws his phone at the wall and it shatters into a million pieces. I look up at him and ask what's wrong. He stares at me with anger and hatred. Then I do the only thing a 3 yr old can do when they're scared, I cried. He didn't want me to cry though. He wanted me to shut up. I was to busy crying to notice his hand raised in the air. I was too scared to move when it came through the air and landed on my back. My tiny hands cover the spot his hand had made contact with as I cry out in pain. He tells me to shut up and I run to my room. I hide under my bed and stay there for hours. I scurry out from under my bed and lay down in my bed. Then I silently cry until my eyes grow heavy and sleep over takes me. That night I cried myself to sleep. I learned to stay away from dad when he came home drunk. I also learned that if I didn't get away in time, then I would get hit. One night, when I was 8, mom came home early from work and caught him. She knew that he was drunk and forgave him. When he was sober, she explained to him what he did. He apologized to me and I forgave him. I was young and stupid. Everything bad at home stopped when I was 10. Mom quit her job and dad got a job. Soon over time, dad became more and more distant. Now I know why. *flashback over* I get pulled out of my thoughts as I hear an owl 'whoo'. I feel a something roll down my cheek. I wipe it away and realize I was crying. I quickly stop myself from crying and lay down in my bed.
I wake up and head down the tree. I go over to the river and wash up. I put on a new outfit that Willow gave me.

I do my hair and walk over to willows den. As I approach her den, I see her outside. As soon as she sees me she bolts over towards me. "Have you seen Nira?!" She asks really fast. "No. Why?" I say. "The kits say they didn't see her go in. They thought she already went to her room. When I went to go get her for breakfast, she wasn't there. So I searched the whole den and couldn't find her. Then I searched around the area and still couldn't find her. I'm really worried Lisa!" Willow rants. I hardly caught what she said. But I heard enough to know what's going on. Nira is missing...
Liela's Pov Last night me and Jake took Nira to our camp to rest. Jake went out to catch some fish for breakfast and Nira is telling me a story about a girl who ran away. She's only told me that the girl lost someone and ran away. Now the girl is trying to survive in the wild until she finds the one she lost. "Can you please tell me the story with more description?" I ask her. She smirks before starting over. "The Moon Goddess assigned a mother fox to watch over a young girl. The girl had gone to a pet shop and adopted a kitten" she says. When she says this, I get more interested. I was adopted from a pet shop too! I'm already connecting with the character. "She took the kitten home and she decided the kitten would stay for awhile. The kitten got in trouble one night and ran off." She continues. This sounds familiar. "The young kitten gets lost and can't find her way out of the forest. The girl blames her mother and runs off. She builds a shelter and finds the fox the goddess assigned her. The fox has kits and they have powers. Their powers control the 4 main elements." She stops and pauses. "What happens next!?" I ask her excitedly. She laughs a little and continued on with her story. "The youngest ran away to get away from the others. They teased her and made fun of her for being the youngest and the runt of the litter of 4. She met a shifter and a kitten. The names seemed familiar but she couldn't figure it out until she explained a story." She said. I stare at her in shock. Missy? Lilly? Lisa? Willow? Nira? Jake? Me... She's talking about us! I was the kitten in the pet store. Lisa was the girl who brought me home. Willow is her assigned guardian. Missy yelled at me. Lilly and I ran away.
