Chapter 34 "The unknown Lucy"

(A/N I'm really sorry about the late update today guys! I had strep throat and I didn't feel good at all. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter. I need more info about who wants a sequel!!!)

Jake's Pov
Lisa,
The name sounds so familiar.
Where have I heard it before?
Maybe I heard lils mention it before?
I speed up to catch up with Liela to ask her about it.
"Hey Liela, can I ask you a question?" I ask her.
She notices how I didn't call her lils. That's her nickname I came up with. I called her sweetie in my sleep and it didn't feel right. It didn't feel like it suited her. Lils is what I've been calling her for 5 months now. I only use her name when I'm being serious, mad at her (which hasn't happened before), or when something's wrong.
"Sure. What is it?" She asked me.
"Does the name Lisa ring a bell?" I ask. As soon as I said the name she stopped in her place wide eyed.
"Lils, are you okay?" I asked her, snapping her out of her thoughts.
"Umm yeah, I'm fine. Just an old friend is all." She said.
"Why do you ask?" She says curiously.
"Well, I don't answer your calls because there was a hunter who shot a rabbit for its hide. But he came across a girl who he wanted to take back to town. I could clearly tell she didn't want to go with him so I helped her out. She told me her name was Lisa and then she said her friend was calling for her and left. That's when I found you. And, well, you know the rest." I say to her.
She lets out a sigh of relief and mumbles some words under her breath but due to my advanced hearing I could hear her like she was whispering.
"So she's alive...." She mumbled with a small smile.
"Huh?" I ask her. She let out a sigh.
"I had an owner. Lisa. She adopted me from the pet shop. She saved me from that .... Umm..... Place....
She took me in and cared for me. In return, I told her I could talk and we became best friends. I stayed there for a few months before I head out with my friend Lilly. We were just supposed to have a sleepover but then Serena visited me in my dreams. The morning I woke up, I got lost. Lilly and I got separated and I haven't seen her since. When we found Nira, she told me that Lisa ran away. Lisa must have run to come and find me. I thought she would have died of starvation or lack of heat. She needs to head home...
Even Deka visited her about 5 months ago and told her about that. I thought that she didn't make it. I guess I was wrong..." Liela said trailing off.
"It okay. We'll make sure she gets home safe." I said as I moved closer and comforted my mate.
"No Jake. I forgot. I ended my search. I had given up hope. It's my fault! It's my fault she isn't home right now!" She said through tears, getting louder towards the end of her rant.
"Lils, it isn't your fault. You shouldn't blame yourself for this. You shouldn't pin this on yourself." I tell her.
"Yeah. Your right." She says as she wipes the tears from her cheeks and sniffles. She smiles slightly before turning back to me.
"Thank you Jakey!" She says and wraps her arms around my neck, which she had to slightly stand on her tippy toes. I just found that adorable. I hug her back with an ear to ear smile as I think of her adorableness.

Unknown Pov
I watch the large picture in front of me closely. I see a young girl that I have so badly wanted. She stands there as she hugs her mate.
What do those supernatural creators see in those soul mates of theirs?
Why do they care for one another so much?
Ugh! They show way to much affection.

She shouldn't be living a happy life. That shouldn't be her happy story. She should suffer as much as her mother made me suffer!
She stole my mate! She took control of his life. For that, I must take her daughter away from her. I have her son, but not his twin. Once I have her, I'll have both of all she's ever cared about!
I may have switched personalities with her felines and her human, but Lilith isn't effected by her daughters problems.
Maybe I should let kilo go?
His human still controls him. He works just like how he's supposed to. He just doesn't know about him being taken away.
Huh, I guess I forgot to mention that?
Oh well!
The point is, is that he won't remember his family nor will he remember his own twin!!! Hahaha.
Lilith should feel so guilty!
"Kilo!" I call out to him.
(Kilo is pronounced as kie low but spelled kilo. Idk if anyone already had this name before. Srry if someone did)
"Yes ma'am?" He asks me as he rushes in.
"You may go." I inform him.
"Excuses me for saying this ma'am, but didn't you just call me in?" He asks.
"Yes. Go into the wild. Your free. I'll have a guard guide you to your mo- umm I mean, to your friends house." I chuckle.
"But you will live amongst the forest. You are free from my command." I say.
He bows and runs for the woods.
           *2 hours later*
"Lucy!!!" I hear a guard call.
"What!!!" I yell furiously at the guard.
"I'm sorry ma'am. The boy was running towards the river... He jumped." He told me.
"What do you mean? Is he alive!?" I ask.
If he's dead then I would have raised him for nothing. All of those years of work would be forgotten. His twin and mother would never feel the pain of their own family not knowing them.
Ugh!!!
"We don't know for sure. There wasn't any trace of him. It was a pretty big cliff. It was raining and there was a wolf chasing him. He slipped on the mud and the wolf attempted to save the boy but his shirt ripped and he slipped. We didn't get there in time to grab kilo. I'm sorry." He says with his head down.
Why did this wolf want to save the boy?
I thought it was chasing him?
Kilos Pov
Milly and I were playing around in the woods that I was finally able to roam. Milly was a young wolf pup when I found her in the yard one day.
She's in her teenage years now . She is a light tan milky color coat of fur and gold eyes.
We were playing tag in the rain when I felt my foot slip on the muddy earth. She grabbed the collar of my shirt to keep me from sliding down to the end of the cliff and into the water. I hear my shirt begin to rip and Milly whines. She starts to pull more determined to keep me up. I try to grip to the surface to help keep myself up a swell but nothing would work. My hands keep slipping on the cold slimy surface of the ground in the mud. The wind picks up and my shirt rips. I scream as I fall. I reach out to grab the end of the cliff. My fingers are slipping on the slow jagged rock that I'm gripping for dear life. Literally. I begin to hear snarling and voices.

Milly growls at one of the guards who try's to walk towards her.
"Help" I manage to get out. I see the guard lean over the edge. As he looks at my slipping fingers he lifts his foot. He was about to stomp on my fingers when I heard a deadly growl erupt from deep with in Milly. She jumped and rammed her head into the guy, sending him to topple over and land on a sharp rock. I see her glide over me and let out a cry.
"Nooooo!!!!!!!!" I scream as I watch her fall into the water below.
My finger slips once more and now I'm hanging only a  centimeter away from the edge. I slip again and lose my grip. I scream as the tears come to my eyes.
"Good bye" I tell myself. I hear a voice inside my my head laugh.
"We were incomplete anyways" it says.
I feel the strong impact of my body hitting the water. I've never learned how to swim so I begin to thrash around. The strong currents pulling my body in many directions. I hit a rock and then I can't feel my leg. I cry out in pain as I go under and swallow huge gulps. as the pain intensifies I welcome the darkness with open arms.
Maybe this was for the best?
