Twenty Six ~ A Gold Ring From?

"I-I... Will you.... -"

There is a knock on the door of my dorm room. Aido is cut off from what he was going to ask me and he opens the door and is istantly shoved out of the way.

Akira rushes over to me holding a bunch of red tulips in his hands and his hair comback, though he is wearing a normal causual outfit.

"A-Akira!" I say and I sit up more.

"Here!" Akira demands and gives me the tulips "I...I heard you're pregnant from Kaname!"

"Tch..." I hear Aido by the door "Trust Kaname to keep a secret"

"I-I also heard the details about it from Ruka. Like how it will be 6 months..." Akira holds my hands "I want you to know I support you!"

"Ah, thank you so much Akira-Kun" I smile and then realize what I just said.

Uh...

"-K-Kun?" Akira blinks in surprise and a bright red blush forms on his face.

"S-Sorry" I say looking away.

"Get out of here already!" Aido demands and grabs Akira's collar and pulls Akira out of the room.

"A-Aido!" I demand "Stop!"

Aido slams the door shuts and looks down.

Standing up already I look over to Aido "What was that for?!" 

"What?" He asks turning to face me.

"A-Aido... why did you chuck Akira out like that?! He was just being kind and he wants to be supportive towards me" I say

"'Ah, thank you so much Akira-KUN'" Aido says in a whinning voice trying to make it sound like me.

"I didn't attent to add the -Kun!" I say "I was lost in thought!"

"What about?!" Aido yells.

"About this!" I demand and point at my stomach 

Aido is a little taken back and he looks away.

Walking up to him I point a finger at him "You have no right to act that way towards my best friend! You're just jealous, aren't you Aido?!"

"Stupid best friend you have..." Aido says looking away.

Raising a hand I go to strike it across his face but he captures my wrist before I can so and he looks down to me his eyes looking at me with sorrow and slightly mixed with jealousy.

"I can't take this right now..." I say and turn around and pull my wrist away from him and walk to the door.

I feel Aido reach for my hands and he spins me around and my back hits the door and he kisses me. This time it's a one sided kiss, and it's furious.

With my free hand I shove Aido off me and say "Stop it!"

Aido glares at me and I am a little taken back.

"Fine..." He says and he lightly pushes me out of the way and leaves the room.

Tears hint in my eyes. Turning around I open the door and call for Aido but he isn't there. I tread on something. Looking down I see something gold. Crouching down I pick it up and see it's a gold ring with a beautiful emerald diamond.

"A-Aido?" I blink and I feel the tears run down my face quickly "O-Or Akira?"

Going to my knees I grip the ring in my right hand as I sob.
