"A dance?"
"Yes, we normally have one, I thought we could go together, since, now you are a vampire yourself, that reminds me, are you okay? Are you thirsty? In pain?"
"I am fine, stop worrying about me already"
"I can't"
"...Anyways, why is it called Dance of the bloody vampires?"
"Because we are dancing, we are vampires and bloody?"
"...fair enough, that also reminds me..."
"What is it?"
"WHY AM I IN YOUR ROOM?!" I demand at Aido trying to sit up.
Aido tackles me and pulls me back onto his bed laughing. His laugh is starting to turn into my favourite sound these days that we have been together. He laughed when he caught me when I fell off the tree are sucking that rabbits blood.
"So, will you come to the dance with me?" He asks me breaking me back into reality looking straight at me in the eyes causing me to snuggle up against him.
"I-I can't dance, I basically have two left feet..." I admit to him shutting my eyes wrapping my arms around him tightly.
"I'm sure that isn't true, let me teach you!" Aido sits up and I groan and tuck myself into a ball on Aido's bed.
"I don't wanna" I sulk
"Come on" Aido holds out his hand to me with a warm smile.
I sigh and take his hand and as he pulls me up I say "O-Okay"
Aido's hands are placed on different parts of my body, one on the shoulder and one on the waist, mine are in the exact same place. Feeling embarrassed I stare at my feet as I dance trying not to step on Aido's.
"Stop staring at your feet, look at me..." Aido says and cups my chin and moves it so we are looking at each other "This is meant to be romantic"
"But if I don't look I'll j-"
"Don't panic about stepping on me or what people think, imagine that we are dancing on clouds"
Dancing on clouds...
Looking into Aido's icy blue eyes I grip hold of him tightly as I start dancing with and I bite my lip whenever I think I am getting something wrong or step onto Aido's feet.
"There you finally did it!" Aido says "You did the whole dance without failure, I knew you could do it" He hugs me with a smile.
"Even though it is now midnight and we missed all our classes" I say
"Doesn't matter" Aido strokes my hair "No one can blame us for dancing in the clouds"
"I-I better go back to my room, I need to sort my dress out for tomorrow and get some sleep, I'm still trying to get used to the fact I am sleeping days and awake and nights" I say
"But I don't want you to go" Aido grabs my hand tightly pulling me towards him gently and he nuzzle his head into my neck "I love you"
"I love you too but I am tired... I really would like to stay"
"Then stay!" Aido demands
"But I need to study"
"All you ever do it study..."
"Because I need education"
Aido pouts at me "Can't you study another time?"
"But even if I don't study I need sleep"
"Then sleep with me!"
A hot dark blush comes across my face "Uh...I"
"I-I didn't mean it like that...unless you want it to mean like that...what am I saying...of course you don't want to do it like that....but what do I know? Haha..." Aido starts acting weird and getting all nervous.
"I just better go and get some sleep, I'll see you tomorrow anyway" I say
He nods "Yeah"
Aido gives me a quick kiss on the lips before I leave and I leave his room my blush still on my face as I leave.
