That One Night (Vampire Knight FanFic)

Ten ~ The Vampires PART2

After downing a whole bottle of water I said I would clean up the glass on the floor since it was might fault I dropped it. Kaname told me I was being ridiculous and sent me off with Aido since they were preparing me a dinner which is quite sweet.

Aido held my hand as he leads me to where we are going which yet again have no clue. We reach a door which Aido opens with a key. Entering the room I see it is a dorm room. Oh? Oh! It is Aido's room. S-So clean, Akira's room wouldn't be able to compare if I hadn't cleaned it up earlier today.

"Ayane"

I look up to see Aido looking at me with red eyes. What happened to his beautiful icy blue eyes?

"A-Aido?" I ask. Aido grins showing his fangs making me afraid slightly. He reaches for me but instead pushes me up against the wall burying his head into my neck.

"A-Aido!" I gasp trying to push him off me before he bites me. He licks my neck where my pulsh is pumping hard which sends shivers down my spine. I grip hold of Aido's hair "Stop. S-Stop. I'm afraid. Aido!"

"Ah!" Aido pulls away from me holding up his hands in a surrending position "Sorry. I..."

"It is okay" I say so glad that Aido snapped out of it. Exhaling I run a hand through my hair.

Aido cups my face looking at me in the eyes "I would never hurt you, ever, do you understand me, Ayane?" Aido asks me.

I nod and touch his freezing cold hands on my cheeks with my warm ones. "I understand". Aido places his hands on my shoulders and pulls me into an embrace. "I love you" Aido whispers into my hair. I grip hold of his top "I love you too"

"I want to kiss you really deeply right now" Aido bluntly mumbles but clear enough so I can understand him.

"I might be bad at it..." I say

"How is that even possible?" He asks pulling away from me slightly looking at me with a small smile before leaning into kiss me, shutting my eyes his lips crash against mine. The kiss starts off lightly but Aido pushes himself against me harder making the kiss rougher. Aido's tongue soon asks for an entrance, I let him not sure whether I am doing it right.

Aido scoops up one of my leg wrapping it around his waist and he does the same with the other so I am no longer standing and my back pressed up against the wall. Aido starts to kiss my jaw and my eyes are shut even tighter than before. He does a trail of kisses from my jaw and down my neck before he kisses up my neck and back to me jaw.

There is a knock at the door stopping the heat of the moment. I feel myself panting slightly and Aido seems exactly the same. A blush is formed brightly on my cheeks.

"Dinner is almost ready, 10 minutes" Kain says from the other side of the door "Don't leave us hanging you love birds"

I unhook my legs from Aido's waist so I am now standing on the floor my heart pounding in my chest.

Aido cups my face in his cold hands and he looks at me with a smile "You have no idea how much I love you Ayane" he says sounding a little breathless "And you have no idea how much I want this to continue but we must get you something to eat"

I really want to continue as well but I mustn't be rude considering that have made me dinner and they requested to see me, it is rude if I didn't sit down and talk with them for a while, I mean, Aido is always going to be here with me, right?



I sit at the table with a plate in front of me whereas the vampires have a wine glass with the tablet and water.

On my plate is a roast dinner, it looks lovely but... What is this meat? Beef?

"I hope you don't mind our choice in food" Kaname says to me

I shake my head "Not at all, I love roast dinners, thank you for cooking this just for me"

"we have been delighted"

I bet you have.

I tuck into my food feeling awkward since they're all staring at me eating food and it is completely silent.

"So, how did you guys meet?" The question came from Ruka who sat right at the end of the table no where near me which I am glad.

"I went outside to study" I say and then place a piece of potato in my mouth

"I just so happened to be out" Aido added on

"Did you fall in love straight away?" Ruka carried on.

I don't feel comfortable, I feel like something bad might happen.

"Ah no, we were friend" Aido says "Well, we are still friends but lovers"

"Have you two considered how dangerous it is for a human and vampire to be lovers? The vampire can be killed if it harms a human being and the vampire can be kicked out of this school" Ruka says "What about the future? Ayane is going to get old whereas we stay the same"

"I would never hurt Ayane" Aido says shaking his head "I will stay by Ayane's side no matter what happens in the future"

Ruka puts her glass down and stands up slamming her hands on the table making me flinch and drop my fork.

"Have you even thought about Ayane's future?! What if she wants kids, you know what happens when that happens!! And what if you want a family Aido!" Ruka yells at Aido "Would you go through that pain with her?!"

I stand up now "If it comes to that then me and Aido can figure it out ourselves! If we do decide to have a future family together I am okay with going through anything!!"

There is a big amount of silence in the room and tension

"I shall be going now, thanks for the dinner, I can find my way out" I say and leave the vampires.



Aido chases after me but I tell him everything is alright and I stay goodnight and tell him I'll see him tomorrow.



**AYANE'S DREAM**

Running through the forest my face gets it by branches and thorns. My pink hair gets tangled up in a branch. I stop quickly to untangle it. Looking behind me I see the red eyes racing towards me.

I yank my hair as hard as I could, I was free. Running again I go down hill. I slip and slide the rest of the way down.

Standing up I have no time to brush the dirt off me. I start running once again making my way through the trees which seem now to have scary faces and they start whispering my name in a sort of spooky way.

I scream for them to go away or leave me alone. A tree laughs at me and moves one of its roots. I trip over landing on the floor. They all laugh at me and go silent as a harsh cold breeze washes over me.

Turning over the red eyes look straight at mine making me freeze on the spot. The owner of the red eyes places its hand on the side of my arms gripping them tightly making me wince.

The red eyes glance to my exposed neck. I try to pull away as I scream for help, but the hands on my arms squeeze tighter and its nails dig in. This person leans towards my neck licking my skin.

Its fangs pierce into my skin making me stop scream as I stare forward into the darkness. This person sucks harshly but loosen its grip on my arms. I places my hands on its shoulders, I try to push it away but find I have no more strength.

My blood boils, my heart beat slows down as my hands drop at my sides as this person sucks every last drop of my blood.

This person or 'Vampire' pulls away looking at me. I shut my eyes as I suddenly feel really tired. Opening my eyes I see the eyes are now blue and it is Aido's face. He was the one who suck away my blood.

He starts to cry "Ayane. I'm sorry" he hugs me tightly against him "Forgive me. I. I'm a monster"

He pulls away looking at me his eyes are still blue but his fangs are down.

"And" He starts his voice has changed into a demon echo "I want to eat every inch of you"

He leans in starting to chew at my neck, I sob as I drift off into darkness.

**END OF DREAM**



Opening my eyes I see it is 3:23AM. I just had the same dream I had nights ago. I cover my face with my hands and exhale shakily.
