After a few days, summer was almost ending. Not 'almost' but it's just a week left.

Soraru slumped against his chair and thought about what he and Mafu did the past few months. We ended up not doing the things we've planned, Soraru thought as he frowned.

Lately, Soraru's still doing his singing activities, while Mafu... who knows what he does when he's with Soraru, right?

Soraru reached his over to grab his phone in the desk and dialed Mafu's number.

"Hello? Soraru-san?"

"You busy?"

"No, why? You wanna go out?"

"Well, yeah," Soraru said with another frown. "You want?"

"Yeah~ let's go out!"

"Really?" Soraru asked as he smiled. "Are you in your apartment now?"

"No... well, I'm heading back from the convenience store. But you can wait for me in your apartment!"

"Nah, I'll go to your place."

"I'm not yet near the building, you know. You don't have to force yourself, Soraru-san!"

"You sure became mature quickly..." Soraru mumbled quietly, frowning at this. I miss the childish you. But it's not like I don't like you right now. I just miss the old you where you were so childish and noisy. Where are you?

Soraru kept thinking, not realizing that Mafu hasn't spoken yet. "... what do you mean?"

"Are you still an idiot?"

"Hey! That's rude to call me an 'idiot', you know! Just because I'm younger for three years... how mean..."

Soraru chuckled at this and didn't say anything. There it is. But that's not the only one I'm looking for. "I just missed you being all noisy and whiny."

"I thought you hated it when I'm noisy?"

"Huh? Who told you that?"

"I don't know... you were always, 'shut up! You're noisy!' and stuff. So, I thought you'd love me more if I became less noisy and more of calm."

"Dummy..." Soraru muttered out loud as he placed his hand over his forehead. "I still love you no matter who you are. But of course, I prefer the childish you. At the same time, I don't sound like that!"

"So, does that mean if I became my childish self again, will you be listening to me whine and get me the things I want? Eh? Was my impression of you that bad?"

"Not bad but I don't sound like that!" Soraru protested quite childishly. "Anyways... of course. But obviously, I won't spend all my money on you."

"Wait, Soraru-san... I'm near the building and I'll just cross the road. Bye~!"

"Mm."

Soraru ended the call, leaning back against his chair again.

After a few minutes of ponding, his doorbell rang. Soraru stood up lazily and walked towards his door. As he turned the knob and pulled the door open, something heavy crashed him.

"Soraru-san~!" Mafu called out as he jumped and hugged Soraru, crashing both of their bodies on the floor. "What made you want to go somewhere all of a sudden?"

"Y-you're so noisy!" Soraru said, trying to push Mafu away. "And you're heavy, you know!"

Mafu just grinned and stood. He looked around and saw nothing new. "Soraru-san, are you bored?"

"You know... I just remembered about the summer plans we had a long time ago," Soraru said as he stood. "And I realized that we haven't done any of those plans and summer is about to end. So, why not spend our last week doing those?"

Mafu just stared at Soraru before laughing all of a sudden.

"What?"

"You also changed, Soraru-san..." Mafu said. "Not only me."

"Idiot," Soraru said, flicking Mafu's forehead. "So what, if I changed?"

"Nothing," Mafu said as he stretched his arms. "Should we go and enjoy?"

"Hm."

It's a short chapter but woop. I kind of thought about the ending of this, AGAIN.

I know I change my mind all the time but when it comes to finalizing thoughts, I end up having doubts and stuff (this probably didn't make sense). But since there'll be kind of a conflict, I don't think the last chapter will be next.

But if I managed to write the whole thing in chapter 45, then I guess it's the end.

Anyways, whatever will be the next update WILL be the next update. Either it'll end in 45 or 50~ sorry for making a long A/N but I really wanted you guys to know. (But if this A/N is somewhat confusing, don't mind this! www)
