I woke up with the worst headache... I groan sitting up and yawn finally opening my eyes.
"Oh my god. Oh my god." I whisper to myself lifting the sheets I have no shirt on. I mean my black bra . I have no shorts on.
"holy fuck." I whisper starting to panic.
I look on the floor and my clothes looked like they had been thrown. I get up and quickly change back into them, there was a bathroom attached to the huge apartment bedroom, I looked in the mirror and surprising I looked good. I mean not my best but, I walked out to the kitchen and saw the woman who brought me here sipping coffee and on her apple laptop.
"Hi?" I say leaning up against the doorway.
"Oh hey!" She smiles
"Um..." I say walking over towards her
"What happened... Last night?" I ask not truly wanting to here the full story.
"Well you were sitting on the side of the back door I usually go through to avoid the photographers.. And I saw you screaming when four big guys were trying to I'm not sure what but I got scared and yelled for security and they ran off. Then I asked if you were okay and all you could do was cry, you reeked of booze and you managed to tell me you were alone. So I didn't have any other choice but to bring you here." She smiles and sips her coffee again.
I was so shocked by her beautiful accent I barley listened to the story I just was looking at her.
"Oh my gosh... Your the girl from the coffee shop I work at!" I smiles and point at her
"Yup! I'm ruby." She smiles
"Lia." I smile
"Can I ask you something else?" I say twirling my hair with my pointer finger
"Did we..."
"No!" She laughs
"I slept on the couch." She laughs again
She sipped her coffee and I gave her a confused look
"Are you sure?" I cross my arms
"Oh! Well you did try, it was very very hard to resist I'll admit." She looks me up and down and bites her lip a little bit
"Oh my gosh. Really?"
"Mhm. You were quiet. Convincing. But I would never take advantage of someone who was obviously drunk." She puts her coffee down and makes complete eye contact with me
"What exactly. Did I do?"
"You took off all your clothes after I put you in my bed and I was laying on the couch and you straddled me and talked dirty, started kissing my neck and ugh." She smiles and blushes
"Oh Jesus. I'm so sorry!" I say grabbing my forehead
"It was quiet okay." She says biting her lip again.. and damn . That's all I can say about that.
"Anyways so ruby why were you at the club last night?" I say grabbing her coffee and drinking some.
"I was the dj... The whole night actually." She chuckles
"Oh my gosh! I'm so stupid!"
"Yeah you got some nice dance moves!" She raises her eyebrow
"I can only imagine." I say rolling my eyes
"Okay well again, I'm truly sorry I made you go through all that last night.. Seriously if you need anything for me to repay you." I say with a genuine look on my face
"No. It was okay." She shrugs
"You do this a lot?" I look at my hands
"Do what?" She questions
"Pick up girls at the clubs?"
"Never." She says sipping her almost gone coffee again.
"Hm... Okay well I'm gonna go. I think I've bothered you way to much." I smile getting up from the barstools
"Okay. But I need something first." She stays sitting watching me put my shoes on
"What is it?"
"Your number." She smiles
"Oh I'm not.... I mean I don't think... I mean I guess now.." I trail off
"So no?" Her smile fades a little
"No! I mean yes!" I laugh
"Okay awesome." She grins bigger than before
"I actually lost my phone at the club last night but I'm going down to the phone place today, probably right now actually. But the number should be the same." I smile as she hands me her phone
"Cool." She says as I hand her my phone back
"Text me?" I smile
"Of course." She smiles as I walk out of her apartment.
I realize how fucking stupid I am, I have no phone or money. Awesome. I went to the front office of the apartment complex to use their phone. They politely let me and I ordered an Uber. I figured when the dropped me off I could run upstairs and grab my credit card.
