"Come on Lia! You can do it baby girl!" My favorite nurse Marcy says as I walk slowly down the hall. I had a walker, and I was barley taking a half a step without groaning in pain. But it was progress.
This is the beginning of my 2nd week here. The first week I wouldn't get out of bed. I cried myself to sleep every night. I had horrible nightmares and flashbacks. But I decided to start to get better so I can get the hell out of here. I love Marcy, she's the only nurse here I like. She's caring, sweet and truly is a friend to me. I'll miss her, but I wanna go home. Hospitals are boring all by yourself. Tv is your best friend, and having the nurses come to poke you with more needles is the highlight of your day because you have some human contact.
Not only do I have nothing to do, but the more I think, the more upset I get. The more I think of ruby. I wonder how she's doing, does she know what happened?
After my lap around my hallway which is my daily activity in my recovery process, I laid down and flicked the tv channels until I came to the news
"Now to Debra for the full story." A man in a tux says smiling and the screen flipped to a woman wearing a lime green dress
"Thanks Matt, I have news on the newly wed couple ruby and Lia rose! Reporters tell us that ruby was last seen checking into a rehab felicity, but the reasons still remain unknown. Also! Lia rose in a car accident resulting in her being hospitalized and last we heard was unconscious! Crazy! We have more information on celebrities lives on our website...." I turned the tv off
I went on my phone and was being sent all sort of support. For once, my feed and timeline was of nice positive things instead of hurtful hate.
Who knew you just needed to get hit by a truck to be loved?
Ashley has visited twice since a week ago, and baby Ethan is already getting bigger and bigger by the days! He's adorable. Except last time she came she brought him, and I couldn't hold him because I'm currently too weak to hold anything over a half a pound. I'm being fed through a tube because my stomach won't hold down food, and my stitches down my life won't be off until tomorrow. The scar is gnarly! It's hideous, and I cry everytime I see it.
Marcy helped me connect to my feeding tube and then I got cleaned up and fell asleep.
