Is it true?

I decided I needed to talk to ruby in person. I needed to know if Channon was telling the truth or not. I booked a flight for tonight to leave to New York where she's currently staying to film the show,

I packed up and drive to the airport, photographers were crazy at the airport in surprised I made it through.
I sat on my plane in first class looking out the window just thinking about rubys answer.  What would be my answer if it was true. How could she ruin all these memories and months of me and her. I started to cry a little bit, I'm not gonna lie I let a few tears stream down my face as people were boarding the plane. I wasn't ready to loose ruby.
"Hey. You okay?" I hear a woman ask as she sits next to me
"Um... Yes I'm okay." I wipe a tear and sit up straight looking at her she had short blonde hair and a very cute smile, her voice was almost raspy which got me at every word she spoke.

"I'm Halsey. Well Ashley is my name but I like Halsey too. Well you just call me either one." She spoke nervously

"I'm lia, nice to meet you Halsey." I fake a a nice smile
"Can I ask you why your crying?"
"Uhm, no, but you can ask me other things about myself and then buy me a drink." I smirk

"Deal." She smiles

As the trip started me and Halsey started talking, she was a singer and on tour currently. She invited me to her concert when I get back to lA which I accepted, she also said she had just got out of a relationship and that it was hard on her. I held back tears and just nodded

"I'm married, but... But I don't know if that's gonna change with this trip." I say looking down at my ring

"Oh,,, I'm so sorry lia." She grabbed my hand and I look at her smiling and then I feel my face give in as I cry on her shoulder.

After our moment, we just talked about some things and then I opened my laptop to do some work while she watched a movie. I liked her, she was sweet. Nice to talk to.

"Good evening everyone and welcome to New York, the current time here is 3:30 am and the current temperature outside is 60 degrees, hope everyone enjoys there time here and hope to see you all back soon." The pilot of the plane says over the intercom of the plane

I look over at Halsey and she looks at me and we smile. We get our things and we get off the plane with photographers waiting, she hands me her phone and I do the same we out each other's numbers in and go our separate ways, only she was going to preform a show with millions of people screaming her name and wishing they could just touch her for only a second. While I was going to.... I was going to confront my wife about cheating.

I got her address and went to the hotel room
"

"Hello?" She slurs as she answers the door I almost forgot that it was like 4in the morning

"Ruby?"
"Oh, my god what are you doing here?!" She gets excited and hugs me pulling me in for a kiss her breath tasted of alcohol and her skin felt moist and hot.
"Are you okay? Your skin it feels hot!" I say putting my hands on her face
"No...n...o I'm fine baby!" She slurs again her eyes where bloodshot
I pushed through her and walked in to see she had lines on the coffee table and empty alcohol cans surrounding the area on the coffee table.

"Oh..my. God." I whisper in my hands
"Ruby. What have you done?" I scream

I look back at her and she starts to cry.
"I'm so sorry." I grab her and hold her tight
"I'm so sorry." She continues to cry in my arms
I didn't know what to do, I was so shocked. What the hell happened.
