i turned my shoulder to see ruby.!"oh my god what are you doing here?" i scream and jump in her arms
"only seeing my beautiful wife launching her career!" she smiles kissing me and holding me by the waist
" i love you!" i whisper to her lips
"i love you more baby." she kisses me once more before peeling apart and looking around at everyone looking at us smiling and holding there hands on there hearts like they were watching the notebook.
the entire night ruby was amazing and acting just like herself. i missed her so much all my frustration and anger went right away. i mean i will ask her and tell her how i felt but not now. i was not going to ruin a perfect moment.
"mimi!" i yell still holding rubys hand
"hi, you must be ruby?" she says with attitude and holds her hand out
"you must be mimi?"
"thats me." she fake smiles
"thank you for looking out for my wife i saw what you did for her with the photographer." ruby said sternly
"of course. shes one of the most beautiful and talented young women i have ever met."
"i know, she truly one of a kind."
"i would have to agree."
all the complements and they didnt loose eye contact once, they acted like i wasnt standing there. it was not exactly a comfortable situation to be in.
"hey, im going to go to the bathroom." i smile and ruby trails behind me
we walk through the door and ruby locks it behind us. i walk to the sink looking up at my reflection. i start washing my hands and ruby comes behind me kissing a trail of kisses up my neck and down my shoulder. '
"ruby.." i trail on as she still kisses me
"yes?"
"were you cheating on me in paris?"
ruby pulls away and flips me so i was face to face with her
"huh?" she says seriously
"did you see channon? was she the one with you when you called me earlier today? everytime i would call you i could tell someone was with you, and the magazines say..."
"no....no... thats crazy!" she says getting defensive and nervous
i knew she wasnt telling me everything.
