I faced Taurus and forced a smile. I had no problem with him at all. It's just that things tend to get a little weird between us when we start talking. Why can't we just talk like how I talk with the others. Why was this so different? I had zero feelings for him in that way, so you should see why I'm so confused about it.
"Hi." I mumbled back to him. I tried my best to sound cheery but I'm pretty sure I failed miserably. He smiled brightly at me.
"How's your day going?" He asked. I held back a chuckle.
"Well it hasn't really started yet. So I don't know." I answered him. A faint blush spread across his cheeks and he nervously laughed while scratching the back of his head.
"Uhh I mean how is your day going by so far? Since you woke up?" He tried to cover up. I smiled and giggled a bit which earned a smile from him. I could definitely tell that he was nervous around me and that he wanted to strike a good conversation with me but just couldn't somehow. Maybe he likes me?
'No way! He knows I like Scorpio. Then again what he said yesterday would make since if he liked me..' I argued with myself back and forth in my head. I must seem crazy!
I would do anything to be back at home in bed worrying about what anime to watch rather than if boys will ever like me back.
I wondered if I could jump out of the moving bus and run home. But that's not going to happen at all.
"So far, it's okay I guess. I'm pretty tired." I said while trying to hold back a yawn. I yawned anyway and Taurus caught it. Ha ha!
"Same kind of."
The rest of the bus ride went awkwardly like this. Finally, the school building came in to view and I was super glad! Not glad to get away from Taurus but glad that once we find our friends, Taurus will start acting normal around me again.
I grabbed my bag and tossed it over my shoulder before standing up and Taurus copied my actions. He let me out first and mumbled something about how ladies should always go first but either way, it was a kind gesture. I hopped off the bus and my feet hit the soft green grass. A little bird chirped in one of the cherry trees to my right. I loved the relaxing sound. It was peaceful.
"Hey Pisces!" Shouted Capri.
"There you are! We've been waiting for you!" Shouted Aries. I whipped my head to where the sound of shouting teens were coming from and there I saw my group of friends. Of course Capri and Aries would shout at me. Those two are crazy but they are pretty awesome.
I smiled and made my way towards my friends. Everyone was there except Scorpio. I tried hard not to allow my smile to fade.
I failed.
