Heroes of Hogwarts: Being Brave is Believing in Yourself

Chapter 15

At Hogwarts:
"What is she's creepy psycho?" Percy asked just as they reached the Hospital Wing doors.

Ron winced. "Mate, can you not say that, considering we're about to see her?"

Percy shrugged. "Already said."

Annabeth facepalmed. She rolled her eyes at Piper, who laughed.

"Anydoodles-"

"Doodles?" Jason asked, making a face at Luna, who had said it.

"What?" She asked sweetly.

"Guys! Back on track!" Hermione said. "Let's go in."

As everyone filed in the Hospital Wing, Ron noticed Neville hanging back.

"I'll be right there," Ron quickly said to Hermione. He walked over to Neville.

"What's wrong mate?" Ron asked.

Neville signed. He hesitated, then started talking. "She was just so powerful, and I felt so weak! What if she does that body-controlling thing again? Luna and I just started acting like a proper couple again. I don't want her to....mess it up."

Ron put a hand on his shoulder. "We're all going to be with you. It'll be okay. We can figure it out. If you don't want to go in, I'll stay with you. But we all need to face our fears, as small or big as they may be, at some point."

Neville shook his head. "No, you're right. I'll go in." He said dejectedly.

When they walked in, the flashes of white blinded Ron, like always.

They walked over to a bed that the group was clustered around.

A girl with chocolate brown hair in a bun and bangs with a nice complexion had her eyes closed. Ron could see a penguin shirt and jeans peeking out of the sheet over her. He noticed Percy staring at the girl intently and biting his lip.

Piper's voice cut through the silence. "Are we going to....you know, wake her up?"

Draco nodded. "Yeah. Let's do it."

Nobody moved. Finally, as Harry was pulling out his wand, Millie bent down towards the girl's ear.

"WAKE UUUUPPPPP!!!!" She yelled.

The girl's eyes flew open. She bolted up and gasped.

Annabeth's jaw dropped. Percy grew pale.

Ron studied the girl as she darted her eyes around the room. The only thing that wasn't there before were her eyes. They were a lovely sea green/blue with small gray tinges.

Then he realized why Percy looked like he was about to throw up. And everyone else did too.

"Uh, Percy?" Nico's voice cracked.

Annabeth shook her head in disbelief. "Percy, she has....."

"Your eyes." Haley finished.

Percy and the girl stared at her. The girl sat up straight and held out a hand to Percy. "I'm Paisley Hollow. You're Perseus Jackson. We're half-siblings."

Percy didn't make a move. He just glanced at her hand. "Um....hi?"

Paisley put her hand down. "I see how it is. No hand shake then?" Ron noticed her voice had a slight English accent to it, like his and Harry's and Hermione's and Luna's and everyone else's.

Leo laughed. "Wow, another child of Pos-I mean, er......yeah."

Ginny raised an eyebrow at him. Leo blushed and looked down.
