At Camp Jupiter:
Cairo jumped as yells were heard from outside her tent. Well, it wasn't just hers anymore. Her boyfriend had thrown a poor girl in the tent flap, and she hadn't moved since.

Finally, the girl groaned. She lifted her head. Meeting Cairo's eyes, the girl smiled. "Hazel! Are you better? What's happened over here? The fight...you don't appear to know me."

Cairo frowned. "I wish everyone would stop mistaking me for some girl named 'Hazel.' My name's Cairo. And I just realized who you are. I saw you earlier-you came into my tent when I was with my boyfriend."

The girl winced. "Yes, Draco. Do you know, Ha-Cairo, what's been happening?"

Hazel sniffed. Wait...she wasn't Hazel, she was Cairo! CAIRO sniffed disdainfully. "Not since I was first shoved and cooped up in here."

The girl nodded sympathetically. "Well, my name's Reyna."

Cairo nodded back. Then she gasped. "Reyna! Reyna, it's Hazel, I-"

Reyna's jaw dropped and she stared at Cairo.

Cairo lifted an eyebrow. "Why are looking at me like that? I said it was nice to meet you."

Reyna made an unidentifiable noise. "But-but you just..." Her voice was strangled.

"I have no idea what you're talking about. You're crazy; leave me alone." Cairo swept past Reyna and climber into a bunk. The sounds of a battle came through the walls pf the tent. Cairo was worried for her boyfriend. What if something happened to him???

She must've fallen asleep, because she woke up in darkness. Before she opened her eyes, she heard voices in the black.

"-said she was Hazel?"

"Yes, she said 'Reyna it's Hazel. I...' Then Cairo came back."

"Cairo bloody sucks. I wish Hazel were to come back."

"Don't we all."

Cairo stayed perfectly still. The two voices continued to talk on about how horrible Cairo was and how they wanted Hazel back so bad.

Eventually, Cairo couldn't stand it. She burst into noisy sobs, tears running down her cheeks a mile a minute. She slipped out of bed and saw a couple gathered around a candle. It was Reyna...and Cairo's boyfriend!

"I'm sorry! I don't understand what I've been doing that's hurting you! I have no idea who Hazel is, and I think you're cheating on me with her if you miss her so much!" Cairo pointed at her boyfriend. "Reyna, you're a vile creature! Nobody loves me, or appreciates me! Why am I alive if all you two and everyone else I see can talk about is how bad I am, how I suck, and comparing me to Hazel!"

Cairo didn't even look at their faces. She ran to the flap of the tent and went outside for the first time.

It was pandemonium. Lights were flashing across the sky, people were fighting, and Cairo got lost. She continued running past people with armor. She saw one boy with pale skin command a bunch of skeletons.

The boy saw her, and widened his eyes. "Hazel!" He screamed.

Cairo felt fresh tears coming. Who the HADES WAS HAZEL?!

"Hades..." she muttered. Feeling suddenly light-headed, Hazel sat down.

No, you're Cairo!

"Cairo...Hazel...Pluto...Hades!! I understand now!" Hazel/Cairo stood up and ran towards the boy who had called her Hazel.

"Nico!" She yelled. The boy turned around and ran to her. He grabbed her hand and pulled her behind a big boulder.

"Hazel! You're back!" The boy was smiling widely.

Hazel/Cairo shook her head. "Let me explain.

"You know how there are Roman and Greek gods? Remember when you and Hazel and the rest of the Seven went on that quest that made the gods all split-personality and schizophrenic? That's what's wrong with me! I'm Hazel AND Cairo! I get more Hazel or more Cairo sometimes!"

Nico frowned as Hazel/Cairo finished. "So, Harry's spell did this to you? He possibly isn't powerful enough to...do this." He gestured at Hazel/Cairo.

She shook her head harder. "No, you're not getting it. There's always been a Cairo inside me! I think that all demigods have another personality inside them, except for the children of the gods that don't have a Greek or Roman counterpart. If I'd been born Greek, as a daughter of Hades, I think I would've been more Cairo, or all Cairo. That's also why the Obliviate spell doesn't do this to everyone.  Only demigods that are the child of a god with a Greek and Roman side! If you do the spell to mortal or wizard, there is no other personality inside of them, so their memories are just wiped clean. So that another personality can be formed. The down side is that they didn't have the second personality in the beginning, so their minds are only used to holding one personality. They therefore lose their first personality altogether!"

Nico looked slightly confused, but Hazel/Cairo thought it made perfect sense! Then realization dawned on Nico's face.

"Wait! I get it! It's sort of like death and the concept of a past life-making room in your mind for a whole new you!" He exclaimed.

She nodded excitedly. "So I am back, but I'm back with someone else too."

Nico grinned. He hugged her. "What shall we call you, though?"

Hazel/Cairo shrugged. "Whichever name you prefer. But I also like 'Hazairo.'"

Nico laughed. "Okay, Hazairo."

Hazairo laughed back. "But first, we have a battle to win."

For a few hours afterwards, the siblings fought alongside each other. They talked while they did-about Cairo and how she would act to certain situations the two had faced on the Argo 2.

When the battle was won and the enemy retreated, the demigods cheered. Hazel clapped her comrades and friends on their backs. She and Nico explained the split-personality thing to Reyna and Draco and anyone else who asked.

Then she heard the voice she'd been waiting to hear ever since Hazel had awoken inside her.

"Ha-Hazel?"

"Frank!"
