At Camp Jupiter:
Ginny waited. She sat there, for hours. She tapped her fingers on the table. She blew her hair out of her eyes. She fiddled with her coat buttons. She felt for the pattern of her socks. She crossed her legs, then uncrossed them almost instantly. And she waited some more.

If her body was restless, then her mind was on edge. Her brain swirled with thoughts, bad and good. Her skull expanded and her head pounded. She was agitated, antsy, spasmodic, itchy, jumpy, anxious, unruly, unsettled, fretful, ill at ease, worried. Her hands fluttered around her head, flying to tuck her hair behind her ears or rub her left temple. She tapped her foot, bit her lip. Clenched her fists, flexed her feet. Most of all, she resisted the urge to cry. How could she let this happen to herself? How could she, Ginevra Molly Weasley, a physically capable and able-bodied witch with years of experience, be caught by the enemy?!

Ginny cursed herself again. What about Harry and the others? How was the fight going? She'd never felt so hopeless and utterly useless.

Then, the door opened. It was like a gateway had opened to a blissful heaven where Ginny knew everything in the world, where she could understand, where she could be free. Just as suddenly as the vision had come, it dissipated into a dark, damp, and musty interrogation cell with a bare table and uncomfortable wooden chair. She settled her hands on her lap and ceased her squirming.

"Hello, Ginevra." A pleasing, soft voice said quietly. It sounded feminine, soothing. Ginny opened her eyes underneath the blindfold. A little light filtered through. A figure was silhouetted by what appeared to be the doorway.

"Hi?" She asked.

"I see Noah took extra precautions with you. But you won't be needing that blindfold. You can't communicate with anybody. You're never going to emerge out of this room. You're going to die in here."

The blindfold lifted. A girl about Ginny's age was standing in front of her, toying with Ginny's wand. The girl tossed it up like a baton and caught it cleanly.

"How nice," Ginny grumbled.

The girl laughed. "Oh, you're funny! Don't worry, that won't last long. We'll squeeze all the hope out of you yet!" She tapped Ginny's nose. "I see you've made no attempt to escape. Thanks for that!"

Ginny sighed. She should've made some sort of attempt. Her hands and feet were free. Why hadn't she moved?

She shrugged. "Didn't occur to me."

"Until now." Ginny narrowed her eyes at the girl. What was she playing at?

"Stop with the polite mommy's little angel cover. Who are you?" She asked.

The girl smiled. "The enemy."

Ginny snorted. "Yeah, I got that."

Quicker than humanly possible, the girl had lunged forwards and slapped Ginny.

"I don't tolerate people who have sarcasm."

Ginny lifted her chin. "So, I wonder how you can stand yourself. Because you seem to have a whole lot of sarcasm."

The girl snarled. "My name is Gina. I'm your captor. You will treat me accordingly."

"Because it's been a real tea party so far." Ginny said.

"I'm just getting to know you. Now, I'm going to hurt you beyond belief."

"Oh, shut up, yeah?"

"No! Let me continue. Hmm...your camp and friends will perish in the fight to come. We will destroy all of the survivors of the blast."

Ginny's stomach churned. "What...blast?"

Gina gave a psychopath smile-twisted, cruel, and not-quite-right. "I've lived a very long time, Ginevra. I've traveled, dwelled, and suffered in time. I've been alive since the Dark Ages of Ancient Greece-"

"You mean the financial debt Dark Times they're currently going through?"

"-And I'm not scared of a puny witch with no wand."

Ginny crossed her arms. "Back on topic from your old age, what blast were you talking about earlier?"

"An explosion. To the Field of Mars, New Rome's Senate house, Camp Jupiter's aqueduct, the usual reliable sources people use to fight a battle with."

"How's a Senate house useful?"

"They were more people in there than you think."

"What about the Field of Mars? Nobody was there."

"Extra weapons and ammo."

"The aqueduct also isn't-"

"Paisley's and Percy's powers."

"You know their names?!"

"I know a lot more than you think. Oh, I also exploded the barracks."

"You must have a spy!"

"Maybe I do."

Ginny couldn't take it anymore. She stood up and snatched her wand back from Gina's wandering hands. Thinking of the first spell that came to mind, she yelled, "Confundus!"

Gina glanced around in confusion, as was she supposed to. However, she was NOT supposed to laugh.

"Was that supposed to confuse me?! I'm protected against your witchcraft!" Gina shrieked gaily.

Ginny shook her head. "No no no no no! Avifors! Avis! Expulso! Flipendo! Immobulus! Langlock? Legilimens?"

Gina laughed harder.

Then a thought crossed Ginny's mind. She smiled triumphantly. "Ah-HA! I got it! PROTEGO TOTALUM!"

Gina tilted her head. "What was that supposed to do? I don't see any-"

Ginny suddenly rushed forward, rammed into Gina, who fell as if hit by an invisible barrier, and dashed out the door. A burst of light hit her square in the face, and she squinted. Not wanting to lose any strength on her area protection spell(her body being the area), she ran quickly and flew past stunned demigods in armor and a few cages with cloth screens over the bars.

It wasn't long before she heard shouts, pounding footsteps, and was hopelessly lost. She appeared to be in an office complex or something of the sort. She doubled over for a second and took deep breaths. Ginny sidestepped into a bathroom and barricaded the door with a trash can and locked herself in.

"Door door door, I need a door," she muttered. Spotting a window past the corner of the bathroom, she ran over to it. The beige walls were bare, and the window was only about as big as her head.

"I'm bloody screwed..." she said. A loud pounding issued from the door. They would be upon her soon, and she still had no escape plan.

Ginny thought of something Bill once told her, as sort of a joke.

She repeated it in her head like a mantra, and said it aloud as the door fell into the room and knocked over the trash can.

She readied her wand. "When in doubt, fight your way out!"
