Lexie is so confusing at her house, towards Dana and my friends and I she's so lively and funny or temper mental and jumping around but in front of others she's too quiet. Not herself its like she's hiding something she’s so lively in front of her friends and so shy in front of everyone else I think she’s hiding something. Is it possible that someone like that could have a dark secret or is it just my over-active imagination?
For example a senior welcomed her to the school and gave her some old books she didn't need anymore and if it was one of us she'd squeal and hug us and smile like a clown but to the senior she nodded shyly and thanked her in a whisper. No giggle. barely a smile. Girls are so weird and moody! Damn hormones, Damn them to heck!
Later that evening Lexie dropped one of the books she was carrying. when she rushed out of the school. I got into the car with my mom and asked her to bring me to Lexie's house. Her house was big and intimidating when I wasn't invited. The doorbell seemed louder too. The big wooden doors towered and moaned when they opened. I gasped quietly as a tall, thin man - her dad - I assumed, opened the door. I heard Lexie's voice
'Stella?!' she squealed, I heard her light footsteps freeze, and the floorboard creek I looked up expectantly at the the top of the stairs, smiling and looking forward to seeing her smile. That wasn't what I saw. She gaped at me 'Shit! Cody' she moaned
