Throughout the few days that had passed after that little "incident" at Ruby's house, the two girls became much closer. Was it because of Ruby's growing feeling for the tattooed stunner or because of Vienna's loneliness, who would've known. All I could say is that they couldn't spend a day without each other. They would either watch movies at one another's places, or go skateboarding together, or Ruby would invite her to her gigs and Vienna would sit backstage and awkwardly take pictures because she never felt comfortable between huge crowds. And she felt much better, because she knew if she were left alone, she would probably suffocate in her own tears.
Since Vienna's mother didn't want to talk to her and was often locked in her room, barely leaving it only to make herself some coffee, the girl was free to do whatever she wanted without the fear of her mother judging her. So she did what she always done whenever she felt sad or broken: she went to the tattoo studio. Ruby would go with her in that situation, but she was too busy that day with some interviews and gig arrangements so she was all by herself. That's why she had to go among people. Not to be alone.
She entered the all so familiar building and the sound of the tattoo guns buzzing filled her ears right away. She felt like home, especially after almost the whole team of the tattoo artists approached her and hugged her, telling her they were glad to see her.
-This one's on the house, Vixie. - the eldest one, Jeremy, also the owner of the studio told her.
-Oh no, there's no need, really-
-Kylie, would you please take over Vixie?
A long haired brunette peeked from behind the curtains of a smaller room where the tattoos were done. -Okay, Boss. Let her in.
Vienna didn't hate a lot of things, there were just a few she couldn't stand and letting somebody else pay for something that was hers was one of them. She never felt comfortable with spending other people's money, not even her parents'.
She walked into the room and the other girl had her back turned towards her, probably preparing the equipment.
-So, you're Vixie, huh?
-Vienna. Jeremy's been calling me Vixie since I was a little girl.
-You two close?
-He's like a older brother to me, even though we don't spend much time together.
The brunette finally turned around and their eyes met for the first time and the only thing Vienna could think about was how beautiful that girl was. And she had beautiful, big, green eyes.
-So, are you going to sit down or what? - the girl smirked.
-Yeah. Sorry. - Vienna was a bit embarrassed since she was caught staring at the artist who went by the name Kylie.
-So, what are we doing today? - Kylie sat opposite of her, pencil and paper in her hands so she could draw the draft.
-I was thinking of a date in Roman numbers...
-Okay? What's the date? - Kylie quickly adjusted the pencil so she could scribble it down.
-Actually I want two dates. One on 28th of November and the other one 16th of May.
-Okay, good. Let me just make a draft so you could see how'd it look. Where did you plan on doing it?
-My wrists.
-Cool, okay. - Kylie was highly concentrated on the small drafts she was making, even though they weren't complicated at all and it should've taken her a minute to draw them, she carefully pulled every line and managed to make them perfect. - I don't know if this size fits you.
