Another text came in on my phone from Tyreik. I rolled my eyes and threw my phone down.

"You still ignoring him?" Tiffany asked. Tiff and I were at Draco's Diner, where she had her date with John. We were drinking some milkshakes while she told me the story of her bizarre date. I mean who but a rebel like John would make up a date of truth or dare.
It reminded me of Tyreik which make me feel bad, for not being as happy as I should for Tiff. I looked at my phone again. "Woah I gotta go, moms curfew will be the death of me." I grabbed my stuff, hugged Tiff and made my way home. On my way out I bumped into none other than Tyreik.

"Aneika?" He smiled at me.

"How'd you know I was here?" I gave him a stank look.

"You always come here for your milkshakes with your friends. But more importantly why have you been ignoring my texts and calls."

"Why don't you go and ask your friend 'tootsie'.'' I pushed past him and left the diner. I saw his car waiting in the parking lot. I looked and saw he was still inside at the counter looking defeated. I swear if I don't stop snooping its gonna be an addiction. I tried the door to his car, its unlocked.
I crept into the car and looked for his phone. It smelled like old take out and cheese. I searched the backseat, then the cup holder. I looked in the glove department and found his phone. Girl I should be a professional spy 😎.
He had a new message again, from tootsie. Damn this hoes a thirsty one. I read the text message.

Hey Caramel c u tomorrow night at the party, the address is 315 gradeole st.

What party? And what the fuck were they going to do there. I couldn't even imagine. I looked over and Tyreik was handing over the money to the lady behind the diner counter. Oh shit time to go. I threw the phone back and hopped out the car and ran.

"So 'tootsie' is still texting him, that bitch!" Z said. The four of us were sitting at the lunch table together at school.

"Wait why are we jumping to conclusions, what if she's like a family member." Tiff said.
"Yeah, what if 'tootsie' is some nickname for grandma." Khari butted in.

"Yeah, cause everybody's grandma loves to turn up at high school parties." I sarcastically said.

"Ok, that is true but what else do we have right now. All we know is there's some side chick named tootsie, and that you're too good at spying." Khari bit into a french fry.

"Yeah, how else are we gonna get answers?" Z asked. "Do you want to sneak back into his house, I've been working on my cheerleading girl voice." She said all cutesy.

"Wait you sneaked into his house? Ok there's suspicious then there's boarder line stalker."Tiff said.

"Girl please, if you thought John was cheating you'd go crazy." I said, I couldn't even look at the plate of food in front of me. "And no Z, no more sneaking around anymore and hiding from him we gotta think bigger."

"Like?" Z asked.

"Ladies and gentleman, we're going to a party tonight." I answered. Khari and Z cheered.

"I can't bust some balls with you guys I'll be with John tonight."Tiff said.

"Yeah you'll be too busy on his balls." Z laughed. Tiffany punched her arm playfully.

"And what about you and your tutoring with Alex?" Tiff asked.

"Oh forget that, I'm definitely taking a raincheck with that ass grabing freak." Z rolled her eyes.

The bell rang signaling for us to go to our next classes so then its settled. Were going to a party to catch some cheaters.

Once school got out I met up with Z and Khari. We decided the best way to get there was to carpool with some football player named Tyler that Z had wrapped around her baby finger. He was already going to the party so we just asked to tag along.
We all got into his car and pulled up to the house party, there was loud music, and lights going off inside. My heart started to sink, I realized that this was the moment I either ended it with Tyreik or I found out that I was wrong. I didn't like either of them.

"Ok guys, when we go in look for Tyreik, I dont want any distractions." I said.

"Damn, first you wouldn't let me go home and change first now we can't even have a little fun?" Khari complained. I rolled my eyes at him.
When we got in the place was packed with people, loud music blasted inside the massive living room, and there was an intense game of beer pong going on. We stayed together and looked for Tyreik. "Maybe we should split up." I yelled so they could hear me.
We all went separate ways I started by checking the kitchen all that was in there was a few girls gossiping and laughing. I hoped one of them was going to be tootsie so I could whip their ass for two reasons. I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around.

"What are you doing here?"
