Me and John were sitting at a park bench talking and laughing, and a little bit of kissing. This time I learned never to wear heels on a date with John. We literally rode his motorcycle to get here. It was nice. For this date night it was a nice and easy little walk around the park. I was even wearing his jacket👌.
My phone started to ring, it was Khari. I picked it up

"Hey.......should.......worst."

"What I can't hear you over the music." I yelled into the phone. I waited for him to walk into another room and he started talking again. "Gurl you should get down here, things might start to take a turn for the worst, its something we should all be here for."
Ugh, now I had to leave my cute ass date for my friends.

The struggle is all too real. "Ok fine but Aneika owes me." I hung up the phone.

"Everything cool babes?" John asked. I smiled, that was the nickname he gave me after our first date with the baby costume. Wow, telling that story will never get old.

"Do you mind driving me to that party on Gradeole st. my friends need me."

"Of course. What happened?" He scratched his adorable head.

"I don't know but if Tyreik really is cheating, something certainly will happen." I just couldn't understand how you could be with someone from the time you were young and then date them for three years and cheat on them. Some guys are just assholes.

"Get on." He said as he swung his leg over the bike and roared it to life. I hopped on back and threw my hands around him. He smelled like cologne and pines.
We took off out of the park and made our way to this party. Looks like I was going after all.

We pulled up to the curb in front of the house.

John looked at his watch. "I gotta get home now. Good luck."

"What about your jacket?"

"Keep it on babes." He gave me a quick wink and reved up his bike and sped off. I knocked on the door. Are you supposed to knock at a house party? I shrugged and let myself in. There was people every damn where dancing, grinding, drinking, and talking. An introverts nightmare.
I started searching for my friends. Peoples sweaty bodies were all up on me.
