Today Is Gone. (Joshler)

Tyler walked silently to school. He knew what was coming. His parents showed that to him. They said they'd send him to a doctor to "shake the gay out."

When he got there, no one paid attention to him, until one of his teammates looked over.

"Hey Tyler! How's it goin buddy! Guess what? You're off the team, no doubt!" He snickered. "Might as well start heading to the office to return your jersey."

"Tyler Joseph? He's here? Wow! You had the balls to show up?"

"Fag!"

"You're the gay one, right?"

"Who's Tyler Joseph?"

"C'mon dudes, being gay isn't that bad."

Tyler silently thanked that one comment and kept walking. He didn't see Josh anywhere.

He slipped into his classroom.

There he is.

Josh was sitting in the corner of the class. The teacher wasn't there.

"Josh?"

It sounded like he was sobbing.

Tyler quickly walked over to him.

"They beat me, Tyler."

"What?" He asked, feeling himself turn stone cold.

Josh lifted his head up to reveal his eye bruised and his neck covered in hand marks. His cheek had one huge hand mark on it.

"Oh my gosh..." Tyler started. "Who did this?!" He demanded.

"Th...the basketball team."

Luckily, the teacher walked in.

"Ms. Wells!" Tyler said quickly, helping Josh up.

"What's wrong?" Ms. Wells asked, putting her things on her desk, eyes focused on Josh.

She lifted Josh's head up to look at him. She gasped when she saw the forming bruises.

"You need to get the the nurse, asap. May I ask who did this to you?"

"The basketball team," Josh mumbled quietly.

"Alright, thanks. Tyler, take him to the nurse. I'll excuse you from class for however long it takes, okay?"

Tyler mumbled a thanks and made his way out the door, his arm rapped around Josh's shoulder, leading him to the front office.

"So he is a fag!"

Laughs were heard.

Tyler felt someone pull on his hoodie, which caused him to let go of Josh.

"Where do you think you're goin'?" The person holding him asked.

"To the front office, you idiot. Let me go."

The person managed to push Tyler into a wall.

"Your wish," the dude said, laughing as he and his group of friends walked away.

Tyler quickly sat up, quite in shock, but not thinking much of it and grabbed Josh's arm. Josh winced, but Tyler didn't notice. Instead, he just walked them both directly into the nurse's office.
