so sorry I haven't updated in a long time I've been mega mega busy! Anyway this one shot is gonna be about what I think will happen in 710 the season 7 mid final. So there have been a ton of theory's and shockingly Marlene has gave us a giant revival for spoby. Well the theory i'm going with is gonna be the theory where Spencer and Toby get in a car crash and dies in her arms but with a little twist at the end, I really hope y'all enjoy this!
Spencer got out of her car and slowly approached Toby, he was working on a old car that looked very similar to the one she gave him when they were dating. She missed him, ever sense her and Caleb split up her feelings for Toby were coming back, and they were coming back quick. She loved Toby but he didn't love her, he moved on and proposed to the girl he loves. Spencer was happy for him and all, she really was. But at the same time, she was upset that she let him go.
"Hey." She said holding back all temptations to grab his face and kiss him.
"Hi, what brings you here?" He said putting his tools down and walking over to her.
"Well I know I've asked a lot from you and I know you need to focus on your weeding and work but I really need to talk to you."
"Okay, whats up?"
"Well we should probably go to the Radley, we need to talk about A.D and the girls wanted to meet us there."
"Okay, here you can come with me." Toby said putting everything in the back of the truck and opening the door for Spencer.
"Thanks." She said instantly recognizing the inside of the truck, it was the truck she gave to Toby, the one they shared many kisses and special memory's in.
"You kept the truck?"
"I couldn't get rid of the old thing, its to special to me." He replied blushing.
He pulled the car out onto the highway as him and Spencer talked about the weeding, as much as she hated the thought of him getting married to another woman besides her, she kept calm and just went with it. as they got of the highway they were on a two lane rode and not many people were on it, they were talking about high school until bam, everything went completely black.

Spencer woke up and tried to remember what happened but failed, the only thing she remembered was her and Toby in his truck talking.
"Your awake." Said a nurse walking towards Spencer to check on her.
"You were in a car accident ma'am, you only fractured your hand and blacked out for an hour or so but besides that you okay." Said the nurse filling out paper work.
"Where's Toby."
"Who?"
"Toby Cavanaugh, the man I was in the car with. Is he okay?"
"I know what room he's in but besides that I know nothing else."
"Okay, well can I see him?"
"Of course." Said the nurse helping Spencer out of the hospital bed. "He's in room 531, do you want me to walk with you there?" She asked
"No thank you ma'am, thank you though." She said walking out of the room, she was room 552 so he had to be close.
She walked down the hallway till she found it, room 531. She walked into to find an unpleasant surprise, Yvonne.
"Oh hello, Yvonne." Spencer said clearly annoyed.
"Spencer, what are you doing here?" She said not putting two and two together.
"I came to check on Toby, is he okay?"
"The doctors don't know he got hit pretty hard." She said glancing down at her hand noticing she had a hospital band around her wrist.
"You were with him?" She said in quite a harsh tone.
"Yeah, I was. I'm shocked I wasn't as banged up as Toby."
"Oh well, I'll leave you two alone, although he's still sleeping." She said strutting out of the room.

Spencer sat and grabbed Toby's hand as tears feel down her face. "I'm sorry I brought you into this, its all my fault."
"Spence?" Toby said groggily slowly waking up.
"Hi..."
"Spencer am I going to die."
"Toby, honestly I don't know."
"Okay, well can I ask you something?"
"Of course." She said expecting him to ask for her to get Yvonne.
"Would it be okay if I kissed you?"
"What?"
"Would it be okay if I kissed you. Every sense you've gotten back to rosewood its been hard trying too keep my hands off of you, and when you got with Caleb..."
"Yes." Spencer replied cutting him off, she couldn't believe what she just heard, he still loved her.
Toby began to sit up as he attached his lips to hers pulling her onto to bed, it quickly became heated until she pulled away out of breath.
"I still love you." he said rubbing his nose against her's, everything was perfect, until her phone rang. She sighed and walked to the other side of the room picking it up, it was Hanna.
"Hello?"
"Where the hell are you and Toby we have been waiting for you two for hours!"
"Come to the hospital, I'll explain here." She said hanging up the phone and facing towards Toby.
"Toby?" She said noticing him starting to shake, oh my god. She thought. He was having a seizure.
"Oh my god Toby!" She yelled rushing to his aid.
"Doctors rushed into the room trying to help, his line was going flat. Spencer started to sob as two nurses tried to pull her out of the room.
"No.... Stop.... Don't touch me!" She yelled fighting the nurses.
"Ma'am." one said annoyed, Spencer knew she wasn't helping so she just gave up and let them take her out of there.
"I love you Toby!" She yelled/ sobbed as the nurses sat her down in the waiting room, they tried to comfort her but failed.
She sat as she heard her phone buzz expecting it to be Hanna, but it was Yvonne. She wiped her tears away and read the text she received
I saw you and Toby fooling around in the room, I knew you two still had feelings for each other. So if you want him, he's all yours. And do tell him that what we had, was gone.

"Miss.Hastings, Mr.Cavanaugh is in critical condition right now, but you can go see him."
"Thank you." Spencer said to the doctor walking to his room.
"Toby, oh my god. Are you okay?"
"Yeah, but Spencer may I ask you one more thing?"
"Anything."
"If I make it out of this hospital alive, will you marry me?"
