"It will only be LA's prestigious families," Aspen explained to me as she put on a beautiful white dress. "So the Johnson's, the Mickelson's, the Cruz's, the Parker's, the James's, the Martinez's, the Hernandez's. All your friends will be there!" I smiled a bit, Serenity Parker will be there.

"Define prestigious families," I demanded and threw on my white dress.

"Top class, inheritance, wealthy wealthy wealthy. Don't feel overwhelmed, Ryder had no idea his business would take off like this and we'd be at another party every other night." She sighed and pulled her hair into a low bun.

"Daniel hasn't really given me much of a heads up, just kinda pushed me to the lifestyle." She smiled knowingly at me.

"You two are absolutely adorable!" She puts a headband on her perfectly pulled back hair and smiles at me while I run a brush through my hair.

"Thank you. Thank you!" I bow and she bursts out laughing before Penelope struts into the room with a glum face.

"Sweetheart what's wrong?" She pulled Penelope onto her lap and sat down on the bed.

"I can't pick out a dress! It's a travesty," Penelope said, dramatically if I might add, as she fell back and fanned herself.

"You're being over dramatic again sweetheart. Let's go pick out a dress for you." The happy mother and daughter walked away, hand in hand.

I examined myself in the mirror, I wasn't cut out for this lifestyle. I belonged in scrubs more than a party dress. I didn't look the part, I did look like a neurosurgeons daughter more than a member of a prestigious family. I looked uncomfortable and out of place in this dress. I can't walk in heels. I'm not right for Daniel in the slightest.

"Amado, are you ready to go," I hear Daniel's voice from down the hall, making me smile.

"In Ryder and Aspen's room," I said and not even ten seconds later, he was watching me like prey from the doorway. A beautiful, lovely smirk was plastered on his lips as he leaned against the door frame.

"Aud."

"Daniel." I smirked back at him, admiring him in all white.

"You look astoundingly gorgeous." I felt a blush creep up to my cheeks as I feel myself melt under his gaze.

"You look dashing mon coeur." I felt the tension in the room change as now he was melting under my gaze.

"What did I tell you about talking in French?" He stalked towards me.

"Um, that you like it?" My voice came out squealed and questionable as his hands grabbed my hips. He planted a kiss under my ear, making my legs go weak.

"It's a turn on mi amado." I don't know what happened to me but my legs gave out, he caught me from dropping. A smirk danced upon his lips before he looked at what he's done to me.

"What did I tell you about talking in Spanish?" I had an eyebrow raised as he kissed my neck.

"Um, that you like it?" He mimicked me, causing me to laugh.

"No, it's a turn on." He laughed, at me, his breath hitting my neck.

"Let's go to the party Aud." We arrived at a beautiful venue outside with everyone dressed in white.

"Audrey! Daniel," A beautiful Athena called with a champagne glass in her hands and a guy's arm around her waist. She looked like a goddess, her parents named her correctly. Her smile never left her face as she glided through the crowd.

"Athena," I said as I waved towards her.

"Daniel," Serenity yelled and hugged him tightly, I scrunched my nose up as he mouthed help me.
