I was pacing up and down Fairview hospital, Chloe, my Aunt Jane and Ann were in the hospital with me frantic well. The doctor came up to be a sad look on his face. 'Look, we might only be able to safe one, either the mother or the baby Mr. Hutchinson, Please decide who we should prioritize. I placed my hand on my head and my suddenly couldn't see in front of me. 'The baby' Chloe said 'she said that if it came to that, she would prefer the baby to be safe' I shook my head in disagreement 'Please I beg you with all you hold there, please keep both of them safe'. The doctor scratched his head 'I will do my best, but we have to priotize one of them'. I was sweating and pacing up and down the hospital for ten hours when suddenly the doctor came like a heavenly messenger. 'Congratulations Mr. Hutchinson, you're the newest father of a baby girl'. I hugged the doctor and ruffled his hair and began to scream, grabbed Ann, Chloe and Jane and kissed each and every one of them on the cheek they were also screaming excitedly. 'Doctor Can I see my wife and baby girl' he nodded 'of course you can'.

I grabbed my camera and followed the doctor into the delivery ward. I worked in and saw the greatest miracle I have ever seen, sally held the new born baby in lovingly in her hands in a pink blanket. Her hair was messed up and she had bags under her eyes and she looked very exhausted, but to me she had never looked so beautiful, I took a picture with the camera waiting to preserve this moment forever. 'Hello baby, that's your daddy' sally said and I went over and grabbed the baby and held her in my arms next to sally. The little girl grabbed my little finger and I never wanted to let her go and I vowed that I would protect her from every harmful thing from that very moment. She was so little she still had blood and mucus on her, her face was wrinkly and she was so small, little and tiny it nearly melted heart because of how fragile she was. I looked at her and I saw my mother's eyes. She began to cry, loudly and I held her closely to my chest. 'I love you 'I said to sally, She looked at me with adoring eyes 'I love you too'.

The nurse came into the room 'it's time for me to clean her up, and sir you have to leave let the patient get some rest for a while okay' I smiled and handed to little girl over to her 'Please take care of my wife and the little baby'. Then the nurse and I left the room, I should have looked back and see that something was wrong. I should have never left that room. Never leave her side'.
