Sally, Chloe and I walked to school together, she slept over my house last night (and no, not in that way, she made it perfectly clear) I slept in the sofa and she slept in my room, after being exhausted from playing nurse to my mom. She keeps getting worst and worst, sicker and sicker every passing day. I can’t imagine what she’s going through.

At lunchtime Michael beckoned me to the guy’s toilet. “Hey man, I can’t believe you got sally Williams to go out with you, we never though you would do it, but you did.  Now the hard part is getting into her pants. An anger I had never felt before awoke in me I grab Michael by his collar and warned him. “Never speak about her like that again”. He pushed me away from him easily as he was stronger than me. “Get off me man. What wrong with you. That was the bet. Don’t tell me you are actually falling for her. I thought you were better than that; she’ll ruin your reputation. And always she would never talk to you when she finds out what a crazy bastard you are. $2000 dollars is at stake man, remember that lover boy”. As he walked out, all I could think about was how right he is and how sally would never forgive me.

 “Hey, baby what’s wrong?” sally asked later when we were having our lunch. “You’ve hardly touched your food. Oh my god, I’m sorry is ok if I call you baby at school right”. I laugh she is so sweet and innocent, pure hearted and a rare find I wonder where on earth I found her, and what she’s doing with a guy like me. “Of course is ok. Nothing’s wrong, just worried about my English test next week”. She held my hands. “You’ll be fine, you’re getting help for your dyslexia, and now they know, you will have special ways to take the test and of course I’m here to help you”. I smiled and kissed her on the forehead. “Special, I hate the word special, make me sound disabled. She punched me playfully on the shoulders “don’t be silly”.
