I heard my dad scream my name, ordering me to come downstairs and I was terrified, he has found out and he's going to kill me. I went downstairs. 'Tell me what is in this paper is a lie sally, tell me'. I balance myself on the stair rail, 'it is true dad, I am pregnant, I'm so sorry'. He threw the newspaper on the floor and he walked up to me, eyes red, nostril flaring, and sweat on his forehead, and he slapped me. 'After all I have done for you; you humiliate me in this way. What will I tell the church, how I'm i meant to preach to a congregation when my own daughter is a harlot'. The tears started to flow from my eyes like a never ending ocean. 'Please I beg you, I'm sorry, please forgive me'. He pushed me away from him violently. 'Don't touch me. It is that boy Joshua isn't it's, he stole your innocent and turned you into someone I don't recognise' I got up from the floor and followed him as he left and went to my room, he brought out my clothes and put them inside a suitcase, shoving them one by one with intense hatred. 'what are you doing I'm pregnant; I can't live on the street' please dad, please'. I tried to take my clothes out of the bag but he pushed me again. 'I never thought I would ever be so ashamed and disgusted with you. From today on, you are no longer my daughter and I never want to see you again in my entire life' I froze, my hands were trembling and I began to get goose bumps, it suddenly turned zero degrees in the room. Ann came into the room, 'what is going on here?' My dad looked at Anne 'Did you know she was pregnant, did you know' Anne was silent for a while 'yes I did, but we were looking for a way to tell you'. He threw more clothes into my suitcase. 'Get your stuff too, your leaving this house tonight as well'. Anne looked destroyed, please Tom I'm having your baby, please'. 'Get your stuff and go to your parent house.

A few hours later my dad was driving me to a bus stop to wait for a bus to take me to my grandmother's house indefinitely. We drove all the way not saying a word; he called a taxi for Anne. It was that bitch, Abigail I am sure of it, her aunt is a news reporter and she told her aunt just to make sure that everybody finds out. She didn't even give me a chance to tell my dad myself. I wanted to strangle her right then and there. He got my things out of the car and drove off, leaving me waiting for the bus to my grandmother's house in the cold lonely rain.
