13. Promise Me

Suddenly, the lights showed up and it said "DATE ME". When I finished reading it, I saw minho in a black tuxedo standing with a bouquet giving me his puppy face. My legs turned jelly. I had never imagined that he would confess me in such a cute way. My heartu was literally at the heartrate that it was to explode. I ran towards him and clutched on his waist so hard hugging him. I could feel his toned chest across my head even through his tuxedo and his heart too was beating as  fast as mine.

His hands were around my back and he tightly hugged me back ensuring there is no air in between. I breaked the hug and said, "I missed you" smiling at him. He leaned in and kissed me. I was longing for his touch, for his scent, for his lips, for everything of him. I missed this mingu so much. "You don't know how beautiful you look today!" Mingu said which made me blush. "You didn't answer me rin about the light thing?" He said. For the first time I gathered confidence and kissed him. This time it was rough. He was shocked about it. "Yes.. I will date you. I will date your stupidness, your sexiness, your sweetness, the way you try to make jokes, everything." We smiled at each other. Finally the best day had arrived. He was mine. The person I wanted all my life is now mine. He went down on his knees and sticked his hand out signalling me to let my hand slip in his.

He then removed the couple ring that I had given him at the store when I confessed him from his pocket and slided into my finger. "So.. you finally accepted the ring huh?" I smirked. "Yes, finally could not resist you. I've made my mind to make you happy always and always to keep you smiling. I will never ever hurt you and will take full responsibility for everything." He kissed my hand.

We were eating dinner when a plate arrived and the plate read 'mingu loves you'. When I read that, I started smiling and looked up to him. He was literally blushing. We finished our meal and decided to walk home. He put his hand forward in a gentlemen's way. He said, "may I have the honor?". He  ordered to tug my hand in his and started walking as if we were walking the aisle of our marriage. I leaned my head on his shoulder and grabbed his arm in my empty hand. He leaned his head on my head. "Mingu, you remember we played the slave game?" I asked him looking at his perfect face. He furrowed his eyebrows and said "yes.. the game in which you were my slave!" He started laughing. I slapped his biceps and said "yaah.. you know I just had two wishes from you and you fulfilled it without even knowing it." Yes. My two wishes which were a secret from him, he had granted them to me already. "What were the wishes?" He asked, eagerly.

"The first wish was to sing for me. That was granted when u rapped and the second one was to go down on your knees and confess your feelings. And you've done the second one today." I leaned on his shoulder again. "Bish. That's because I take care of what you want and what you don't." He said, caressing my hair. "By the way, what did you bring for me when I was angry?" I asked him, not looking at his eyes. I felt a little guilty to shout so harshly at him that day. He smiled and said, "it was your favorite candies that I bought you and don't worry, I'm not angry about it so stop avoiding me." He raised my head from my chin. His eyes were sparkling and his lips had a slight curve for a perfect smile.

It was 11.45 when I looked at my phone. We had taken a selca today which was my wallpaper. This was the first memory of us being together. I felt cold. The cold breeze was perfect for a lonely street on which we were walking. Mingu removed his tuxedo and wrapped it around my shoulders. I just smiled at him, with awe. He started hugging me from side. We were busy walking and looking at each other when I noticed that we reached our houses. Why! Just why? I didn't want to let him go. I was afraid of all this disappearing the next morning. This isn't my dream right?

"Mingu, all this isn't a dream right? Promise me that you'll be by my side the next morning. Promise me that you'll love me the same tomorrow just how you love me right now." I said with sadness in my eyes. His bangs were shifted by the wind which made him more sexy. He left out a 'tsk' laugh again and held my shoulders. Damn... CHOI MINHO!! JUST STOP DOING THAT! YOU MAKE ME GO RING DING DONG!

"Stop doing that." I said. "What?" Was his only reply. "Stop giving me that tsk laugh. I swear I'll do something to you. When you do that, I'm not in my state of mind" I flirted. "Then why don't you give it a try?" He furrowed his brows. "Cool" I was confident that I'll make him go crazy just the way he makes me. "Tsk" I smiled. Suddenly he started pouting his lips and came near me. He pouted as if he was going to kiss me. I started moving backwards to avoid what was happening. Come on! Don't expect me to kiss minho in front of my house. He backed off after I restricted him by holding his chest.

"Dont wanna say goodbye?" He asked. "Yes.. I don't want this moment to end.. anyways .. lets meet at the balcony." I started rushing when his hands held my hand. The heartbeat came again.. like an explosive. He slowly pulled me towards him and in no time my back was hugged by his chest. He was backhugging me.He held both my hands and leaned his face on my shoulder. " You didn't care to say your boyfriend goodbye?" His eyes looking at me ... now face turning towards me and smiling. Smiling, I looked at the perfect guy and gave him a peck on his cheeks. "Goodnight" I hugged him.

The best thing of him being my neighbour was that the balconies of our rooms were exactly opposite. Our houses were so close that I could actually see what mingu used to do. I went upstairs and waved my hand to him. He made a heartu with his hands.

Whispering 'good night my love' he went and cuddled into the sheets. I changed my clothes and had a shower. Going to sleep, I checked whether mingu was still up. He was sleeping soundly with his lights off. I turned the room's light and went to my bed. I wrapped myself with the blankets. My phone beeped with a message. 'Sleep well my girl. Let's meet each other in our dreams.. and don't forget, tomorrow will be our first day together. So be ready to hold me forever.'  He  was awake.

'Will hold you forever! Good night... and be sure to cover yourself. Its cold.

I messaged him back and drifted off to sleep.
