*Hye Rin POV*

"Hye rin-ah, are you okay?" Minho was shaking me back and forth to come back to my senses. I realised I was going to loose my life if it would not be minho. My eyes started getting teary and a feeling of me becoming vulnerable came over.

Minho started panicking a little when I started crying. Without thinking further, he held my hand and squeezed it a little. Somehow, it made me feel better. It made me feel I wasn't alone.

"Stop crying hye rin-ah. It's over. You are safe. Besides, you have me with you. I am with you and will be there to protect you. I wouldn't let you get hurt." Those words were so comforting! It had just been some hours knowing him and we became so close that he intends to protect me! He then pulled me into a warm hug. His hands were patting my back as if I was his baby. Somehow, I felt protected. Protected with those strong arms, with his built, with him walking besides me, with him holding my hand, with his presence. It felt that even If there was a war out there and I was to be targeted, Minho would protect me. Just like he did at the signal.

"Let's go. We have to catch up to taemin and song min. They were so engrossed in themselves that they almost forgot that we were with them." Minho smiled. After that incident, Minho didn't let go off my hand. He held it not too tightly but naturally. My fingers perfectly slipped into the spaces of his fingers.

'Yaa hye rin-ah, get hold of yourself! He thinks of you as a friend. Don't jump to conclusions. Eventually it would only hurt you.' I say to myself.

Walking faster than before, we catched up to song min and taemin. I asked minho to keep it a secret with taemin and song min what had happened at the signal. We were at the station. Minho's station was one before me. It was a very packed train with no space to move. Song min and taemin entered the train but unfortunately or fortunately, me and minho were not able to board the train. We waited for another train.

We finally boarded the next train. It was filled with people but there was room for both of us to go in. We were standing near a pole. We were talking about ourselves. I was a little uncomfortable as a man in mid-40's would fall onto my back everytime the train would stop. Minho somehow sensed it and held my shoulders with his two soft hands. He then swung me to the other side and was now in front of the man. This made my cheeks go a shade of pink. Finally the station arrived. "I'll need to get down now. It was a nice and good day today. Nice to meet you hye rin. I hope we become good friends." On that, I responded, "Me too. I enjoyed it too. Nice to meet you too minho!" I flashed a smile at him and we shook hands.I watched him go until I could only see his figure.
I was late going home today. From the time minho left, there was always a smile painted on my face. It was dinner time. I went to the kitchen and starting setting up the table. Unnie was already at the table watching some t.v shows.

"Unnie, how was your day?" I started. "My day was just lovely. I spoke to minho for the first time. He's such a cute guy. I just found out that what I used to think about him was so wrong. I thought he was a person who would just give me attitude but no! He's a sweet guy. We are now friends." "Yaa yaa yaaa! Stop! From when did you start yapping so much? And about minho, I hope you become good friends and confess your feelings."
I was out of words at the statement. I was blushing but I just tried to make a poker face.

I ate my dinner in silence and headed to my room. I decided to text minho and to thank him for what he did for me the whole day. 'Aishh. I forgot to ask him his number. Hye rin you should've atleast asked him his number' shouting myself I decided to message song min.

Song min-ah, do you have minho's number? Can you please send me?

Ahem ahem! It's just been a day and you already want his number! Control your thoughts! And by the way I don't have his number. Sorry can't help you with this one.

I switched my phone off and went to sleep. The next morning, for the first time I was on time. I washed up and was ready to head to college. I was walking from the subway station to the college. With earbuds plugged-in, listening to EXO's growl, breathing in fresh air, I was happy. I found a pair of hands close my eyes from behind. I touched those hands and they were very soft. "Minho?" The hands let go off my eyes and the owner was frowning at me. More than frowning, I would say it was a cute pout which made me laugh. His hands were now folded near his chest and his brows furrowed.I was so excited to see the person. My lips were now smiling the most bright smile.It felt as if I hadn't seen him in years. I missed him so much.

"ONEEEWWWW!!!"
