⚜Chapter 19⚜ A Date with Hikaru

"How about this one?" You ask twirling slightly as Haruhi watches from your bed. "Nope still to dressy." She sits up staring at you as she cocks her head. "Where will you be going anyway?" She asks as you shrug and walk back into your closet and shuffle through clothes. "So, you are going on a date with him not knowing where you're going?" She asks and you nod as you peer from the closet.

"Why am I so worried about this?" You mumble and groan as you search your closet and she sighs peering from the doorway.

"Why not just text him?" Haruhi asks and you make a face as you shrug and turn. "Please don't tell me you don't have his number?" She mumbles eyes wide and you nod. "Y/N-chan!"

"Look! I just didn't think I would need it." You mumble and she narrows her eyes as you throw up your hands in surrender. "Alright! I'll get it tomorrow!"

"Good!" She states and smiles. "Want my opinion, dress comfortable tomorrow alright?" She says smiling as she walks out of the room. "I'll see you in the morning."

"Goodnight!" You shout and the door closes as you nod and sigh pulling out a pair of jeans and a nice tee with a thin jacket. "Alright, tomorrow is your um..... Whatever with Hikaru.... It'll be fun...." You whisper as you stare in the mirror and fall asleep with a slight bit of worry in the pit of your stomach.

"I can't believe I overslept!" You shout running down the street as you attempt to fix your messed up H/C hair. Your body flies down the stairs as you jump grabbing the door knob and swinging it open to see Hikaru waiting with a smile. "Sorry!" You bow slightly and he laughs slightly.

"It's alright Y/N-chan." He says with a big smile. "Shall we go?" He extends his hand towards a large limousine and you mouth drops. "What's wrong?"

"Are we going in t-that?" You whisper and he nods with a firm grin grabbing your arm and pulling you along. "Wait! Isn't this a little to much?"

"Of course not!" He cheers and you're shoved into the back of the limo and he smiles as you buckle up and the driver begins driving. "So, are you excited?"

"Um... Yeah...." You mumble as you sit awkwardly to the side. You can fell his eyes burning into you as you shift uncomfortably. "Why are you staring at me?" You ask looking up slightly and his brown eyes scan you like a robot.

"No reason." He states and looks away out the window as you peer down at your shoes. Of course the thought of dressing incorrectly comes to mind and your nerves crash even worse.

"Taa daa~" Hikaru waves his hands out as you stand in front of an aquarium and you look at him. "What?"

"So you wanted to come to the aquarium?" You whisper as you look up at the huge sign and look at him. With a huge grin, he grabs your arm once more practically running to it o the building. The smell of salt water and fish fills the air and he looks around like the happiest kid in the world.

"Where to first?" He whispers looking around happily and You point up to the sign.

"Well, we can look at the smaller fish and work our way up." You mumble and nodding he grabs your arm and you're forced down the halls into the small fishes exhibit.

You stand beside Hikaru as you watch the swimming fishes. Their colors bright and beautiful as they shimmer under the lights. Hikaru presses his face into the glass and you have to smile at how happy he looks. Then, he points happily to a small fish hiding away.

"Look! That one looks like Nemo!" He cheers and you lean down looking at the little fish. "Oh! And there's Dory!" He points to another fish and his smile brightens at each on he sees.

"You really like fishes don't you?" You mumble as he looks up and his eyes gleam.

"Oh look! Sharks exhibit!" He shouts running off and you try to catch up. Your stuck between a wave of people and you search for Hikaru frantically. Then, you feel someone grip your hand. You look up to see Hikaru with a relived smile. "Sorry... I got excited and left you.... Don't worry, I won't lose you again..." He whispers squeezing your hand and he pulls you gently through the ground never once letting go.

The shark exhibit was a glass tunnel as the Sharks swam around and above you. Both your eyes wide and happy like kids and your hands still pressed firmly together. You both walked around turning every which way and pointing at sharks. Then, the next was a petting place. In an open tank, starfish and stingrays among other things swim in the water as you both touch them gently. Then, you find yourselves staring at sea turtles and other things with wide eyes. After a while, he leads you into the gift shop and you stare at cute stuffed animals and other things.

"Wow! Look at this shark tooth necklace!" He says with big eyes and you nod happily as you touch a beautiful pooka shell necklace with a beautiful glass turtle on the end. "Hey!" He cheers peering at a schedule. "They are having a Dolphin show in a few minutes!" He says and I nod. "Let's go!" Grabbing your hand, you find yourself running along side him towards then Dolphin show. You hurry inside just to see a perfect spot near the front. You both a quick to sit down and the show begin.

"Alright Laya, wave to the crowd!" The trainer begins and the dolphin squeaks with a wave of her find. Hikaru and you wave happily. "Alright, go throw the hoops!" Three hoops are set under the water and the Dolphins happily swims through each one with little turns and twists. Popping out of the water, the trainer smiles happily as she calls out more dolphins. Over and over, they perform amazing tricks, then it's the gran finale. "Alright! It's the Grand Finale!" She cheers and the Dolphins slip away as the flip out of the water and a huge wave of water flies out of the water.

*SPLASH*

"W-whoa!" Hikaru shouts as the water splashes down on us and we both shiver. "Wow.... That was awesome!"

"Totally!" You cheer as you both laugh and you look down. "But I'm soaked." You whisper as he nods sadly and you both stand up hurrying away.

"I guess we should head home." He whispers as you nod and you both head out of the aquarium. "Ahh no!" He shouts looking around. "He's not answering his phone either..." He mumbles and sighs.

"Is it your driver?" You whisper and he nods sadly as you look around. "Let's take the train then." Grabbing his hand, you walk forward and he follows you to the station.

"Well here we are..." You mumble looking up at the house with a smile. "Thanks for today, I had a lot of fun... Although, the ride home was my favorite part."

"Mine too! Who would thought that getting on a train soaking wet would cause so many amazing faces and reactions from people!" He laughs as you let out a soft giggle. "Oh!" He pulls out a little bag and hands it to you. "Here." He whispers and you peer inside to see the necklace you liked.

"You got this for me?" You mumble and he nods with a big smile as your eyes lighten up. "Thank you..." You mumble as you see the shark tooth hanging around his neck and you smile. "I guess I'll see you at school..." You mumble and he nods happily as you smile.

"Goodbye." He whispers as he begins to turn away and you lurch forward.

"Wait!" You tell and he turns back. Your face tints pink as you pull out your phone. "Um... Can I have your number?" You whisper and his eyes brighten as he pulls out his phone and you both exchange numbers. "Bye.... Again...." You whisper and he nods as you turn around and walk inside. There at the door, you have a big smile and when you step into the kitchen, you see the host club sitting staring at you with big eyes. "Oh great....." You whisper and the all jump forward as their rapid question fall around you.
