Ever notice how in scary stories, animals can sense spirits that we humans can't?
Ever notice how spirits are supposed to move incredibly fast? Scientists say that some animals including dogs can't watch television because their eyes are more efficient that ours, so all they see on the screen is either just one picture or static.
Basically, videos are made up of pictures running at high speed right? If I sped it up 100x all you would see is static right? That's what it's like for dogs. Now what if spirits aren't invisible or transparent at all? What if they're completely visible but they just move too quickly for humans to see? That's why animals see them but we can't. That would explain the strange shadows that we occasionally see in the corner of our eyes.
Or what your pet's staring at now.
I guess we'll never know.
