*No one's pov*
" The Body Of Seventeen year old Will Belmont was discovered by emma duval. The decedent was the only son of Carl and adeline Belmont. Though there was catastrophic physical trauma, the decedent's mother was able to identify him, but the clothing he had been wearing." Maggie duval had said into a tape recorder for description. Emma has been going to therapy. A psychologist even. She's been assigned to anti-depressants. And lately she hasn't been herself. She seems sorta okay. But that's what she wants you to think.

*Alexis's Pov*
Today is not a good day. Will died yesterday in Emma's face and she won't let none of us talk to her. It's like school, therapist, psychologist, and then home. And everytime someone asks her if she's okay all she says is im fine when it's completely ovbious she isn't.
When I woke up for school today (which I think we shouldn't even go because all this crap has been happening) I go to my closet and picked out a regular white tank top and blue jeans with my white toms. I leave my hair down. But messy.
I walk downstairs and kiss my mom. "Audrey's picking me up so you don't have to take me." I said to her. Then I grabbed a piece of toast and went to sit outside and wait. I cant believe this is happening. I want to just sit and cry because I want it to end. But Emma is the main one suffering here.
After a while of thinking audrey finally showed up. I hopped in her car kissed her and she drove to school.
"Hey princess." She greeted me. "How are you feeling? Are you okay?"
"Um yea, i mean eh not really, i mean i dont know." I answered her rubbing my head.
"Whats wrong babe? Explain everything to me." She said back putting a hand on my thigh.
"I wasnt close to Will, his death didnt effect me. Im just really sad and worried about emma. I said to her with a sad face.
"I'm worried too. But I'm sure she'll be okay." Audrey said to me. When we pulled up to the school she stared at me for about five minutes.
"You are so beautiful." She said to me with a smile.
"Stooop it, you're gonna make me blush, and that's not okay." I said to her crossing My arms. She couldn't help but giggle and I gave her a kiss. "Come on let's get inside." She said. Then we got out the car and I immediately grabbed her hand. She smiled and we started walking towards the school doors.
When we got there it was just brooke and Noah waiting for us in the usual spot.
But they were in a hurry.
"Hey guys, are we late or something?" Audrey asked them.
"No but Mr. Branson excused us for another day of no class, so we were gonna see jake at the hosptial." Brooke said to us.
"Ooh I wanna go see jake." I said looking at Audrey.
"Well you three can go, I'm gonna go check on emma and see if she's okay." She said to me. She gave me a kiss and walked back to her car while I walked with brooke and Noah to Brooke's.
"So, you and audrey, you guys are happy?" Noah asked me.
"There's alot of people that seem not to like you two as a couple." Brooke said adding to that.
"Yes. I'm actually very glad these outside irrelevant people know we're together. They could hate all they want about us being the way we are, because I love her for her and that won't change." I said to them.
They clapped for me and I bowed down saying thank you about 4 times. When we got in the car brooke and Noah were fighting about who was going to control the music. At the end brooke won because it was her car, and we started driving to the hosptial.
When we got there noah asked to see jake. I wonder why noah wanted to come since him and jake weren't really like great friends. But I guess the gesture is nice. The nurse told us what rooms he's in and we walked to it.
"Hosptials kind of creep me out." Noah said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because have you not see any horror movie basically? Most of them are filmed in a hosptial especially zombie movies, and oh, remember the Michael Myers movie?" He said sounding scared.
"I thought you loved stuff like that?" Brooke asked him.
"I do, but actually being in the places or involved in it, is scary. At this point in time my life is part of a horror movie, and I'm not sure it should be a dream come true or a nightmare on elm street." He said crossing his arms.
"We live in lakewood." Brooke said.
"Yea, i know why mention it?" Noah asked.
"Cause its not really elm street if you live in lakewood." She responded.
"Oh boy." I said rolling my eyes.
"Well it was a metaphor, and if I was to fix it, it would be weird if I said "nightmare in lakewood" He repsonded back to her.
"No it wouldn't. It sounds fine." She said back.
"No its weird." Noah said.
"Fine." Brooke said
"Weird." Noah said
"Fine." Brooke repeated.
"WEIRD!" Noah yelled.
"GUYS!" I yelled louder.
"We are in front of Jake's door. Shut up and stop fighting already. We are here for "the jake." I said trying to stay serious. But come on. Who can stay serious after that?"
We walked in his room and there he was on the hosptial bed still sleeping. Brooke took a seat next to him and held his hand.
"Wow." Noah said. "I've never seen him with his mouth shut before."
Brooke looked at him and smiled.
"Do you think he's gonna be okay?" I asked them.
"Yea." Brooke said. "Before we came here I made a call to the doctors and asked. They said that he's gonna be okay. He's just on pain medication, that it was a miracle it missed his major organ."
"Thats good." Noah said.
"Well yea. You guys stay here. I'm gonna go get some answers." Brooke said. Then she got up and walked out the doors. As me and Noah got closer to jake I sat next to him on a chair and grabbed his hand. Noah looked at him and smiled. "So, unconscious jake. The things I wanna say to you." He said.
He looked at me and started giggling and went down a little closer to him.
"It was me who tagged your 400- horsepower check me out monster truck. And it was awesome." He said with a smile. I looked at him with confusion. I didn't even know that happened. Noah looked down at jake and laughed again. I rolled my eyes. About thirty seconds after noah had admitted to that jake tried to move his fingers. Noah's smile faded quickly.
"Are you trying to give me the coma finger?" He said to jake. I couldn't help but smile a little.
"N-n-n-nerd?" Jake manged to say.
"What happened, we make it?" He continued.
"Uh yeah. We got out." Noah told him.
"Let me guess, Emma went all, Florence nightingale on Will's ass, and they fell in love with that dumb hayseed again, and now their out making sweet, sweet love." Jake said with a smile.
"Uh not exactly." I said to him with a serious face.
He looked at me confused.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
Brooke came through the door, looked at jake then smiled.
"Hey there." She said to him.
He looked at her confused as well.
"How's Will?" He asked.
Brooke walked up closer to him an whispered in his ear about what happened.
"What?" He said breathing really hard. It seemed like he was about to cry.
Brooke gave him a hug as they cried together in sync.
I looked at noah who had a sad face and hugged him too.

*Emma's pov*
I was sitting in the kitchen drinking coffee hoping no one noticed I was up when my mother walked through the door.
"Hey I didn't know you were up." She said to me.
I let out a sigh.
"School starts at eight." I said to her.
"Oh you're going back to school?" She asked me.
"Everyone's going back today." I answered her.
"I'm sure they'll understand if you don't feel up to it." She said to me.
"Mom i feel fine." I said trying to walk passed her. She stopped me.
"Did the med's help you sleep?"
"I don't need to sleep." I answered back. "I need to not get questioned by the doctors, the therapist, the police, and you. I need to go back to normal life."
"What you went through was horrific. I understand how you feel honey, but trust me. Normals gonna take some time." She said to me holding my shoulders.
"Will's dead. Time doesn't change that." I said to her. I tried walking away. But she stopped me.
"Want me to drive you to school?" She asked.
"No mom there's a deputy waiting outside." I told her. I tried to walk away again. But she grabbed me.
"I'm here to talk if you need someone." She said to me with a sad look.
"I know." I said to her with a fake smile. Then I finally walked away and got to school.
When I got to school audrey saw me. She came up to me and told me she understood what I was going through. I guess in a way she was right but I didn't really acknowledge. I walked in class and Mr Branson taught a five minute thing and then sent us away again. When it was over I sat on the grass by myself. Audrey had joined me.
"Where's your girlfriend?" I asked her.
"With noah and brooke going to see jake." She answered. "I was gonna go but I wanted to make sure you were okay."
"Yea I guess I'm fine." I said to her.
"I stopped by to check on you." She said to me.
"Yea thanks my mom told me." I answered.
"Emma, im really sorry for everything that's been happening." She said to me putting her hand on my shoulder."
"It's okay. Honestly whatever. It doesn't really effect me as everyone thinks. I just want a normal life again." I told her.
She looked at me weirded out. "Um yea me too." She said. After a while she looked at me again. "So im gonna go, I have things to check out with noah." She said to me. "Okay bye." I said Then we both got up and went separate ways.

*Alexis's Pov*
After the hosptial visit brooke stood with jake and Noah took me home. We stood and hung out for a little and waited till audrey came. We were looking through old things of Mr Branson. we found out alot of dirt as evidence to him possibly being the killer.
After a while of searching audrey walked through my door.
"Guys find anything?" She asked us.
"Yes actually." I said to her after kissing her soft lips. "We found out the reason he moved was because he was dating an underaged girl and after a while she disappeared then was pronounced dead. And he was the lead suspect."
"Oh lord that's crazy. Do we go to the police now?" She questioned.
"Not yet we need evidence first." Noah said.
"Okay so well check his classroom Tomorrow." Audrey said. "Boom done."
"Um by breaking in?" I asked.
"Yea that's the only way." She said. "So are you in?"
"Hell yea." I said I jumped up and gave her a kiss then grabbed her hand.
"What about you noah?" She asked him.
"Yes I am." He said Then he got up and high fived us both.
Then they both gave me a hug and walked out my door. Tomorrow is gonna be fun I said in my head. Then I Ran back upstairs to my room.
