Chapter Eleven - Couples?

Abby's POV

Everybody's over and after everybody teased us for what seemed like 10 hours, we are all sitting/laying in the game room watching The Conjuring. Now, most girls would be like 'oh I'm scared! Save me!' as they jumped into their guys waiting arms. I'm not like that, scary movies don't scare me, at all. Most the time, John and I end up laughing at them.

I didn't even notice that our group of 7 had changed into couples and Cole.. Josh&Jade, Brinley&Creo. Then John and I. I guess you could call us a couple.. not really. No. You can't, not until he asks me out. Knowing John and all his past girlfriends, that'll be a while..

I look over at Cole, his phone lights up, once he notices (which isn't long) his smile shows huge. Maybe he has a girl too!

It feels so weird to think that almost our whole group is in an almost relationship. No one is officially going out with any body but you can tell that it won't be soon before someone is. My bet is Jade&Josh. They can't keep their hands off of each other. Not in a gross way either, they are constantly touching, holding hands, Josh almost always has his arm around her waist and currently they are laying on the couch. You can easily tell they are going to be together soon.

Brinley and Creo. They are so complicated. One minute they'll be all lovey dovey then the next they hate each other. I tend to try and stay out of their way because whenever I try and help I only get confused.

And that leaves us with John and I. I can't believe I'm even thinking of John in a boyfriend kind of way. Yes, I have liked him but never to this extent, and I love it. On one side I'm kinda afraid that I'm pushing myself to fall in love with him, that I'm more in love with falling in love than in love with John himself. No, I don't love John like that, not yet at least. It's just I'm afraid that I'm falling for him but he won't want to catch me. and again, I feel like the total cliche girl right now and I don't like it..

The movie has a 'scary' part that sends Brinley and Jade into their cuddle buddy and John and I into a laughing fit. Once we're over it I cuddle into John's side and he kisses my forehead. I let out a deep sigh and in return hear and feel John's chuckles. I lightly smack his stomach, as I let out another yawn. John only laughs again, this time loud enough that everybody hears. They all turn to look at us and at that moment something makes a big boom in the movie so everybody jumps, including John. I bust out laughing at everybody, not able to hold it in. John is the first to join me, the Creo and soon everybody is in stitches.

The movies finished and we decided we were going to play truth or dare. Almost everybody goes for dare by now because we know almost everything about each other already. Except when we want to know if somebody likes someone or something like that, then we make them pick truth. It's Brinleys dare, Cole is giving it to her, and I know it'll be good because he has an evil glint in his eye.

"I dare you to sit on Creo's lap," he smirked. We all let out a huge sigh, Brinley because she doesn't have to do anything bad and everybody else because she doesn't have to do anything bad.

"Okay!" Brinley hopped over to Creo. Creo was smirking and Cole laughed. Cole was sitting cross legged with Brinley now in the middle of them.

"But wait, every time you talk you have to take off a price of clothing," he pauses, "that Creo picks out." Creo's smile just kept on growing, Brinleys wavered and the rest of us let out a light chuckle. That wasn't bad for Cole at all.

After about an hour of playing, Brinley is just in her underwear and bra and refuses to talk. Jade is in a swim suit and goggles. Cole had to tell us about the girl he had been texting, her name was Ally. She goes to our school and is pretty cool I guess. Yes, he has a crush on her but won't do anything about it. Wait until I get my hands on him. Creo has chocolate covering his face with one big lick out of it from Josh. Josh is the luckiest one with only the chocolate from Creo to worry about. John has only his boxers on, has chocolate and whip cream all over his body that I had to lick off. Because of that I have it all over. I also had to flash our neighbors which I only did because I knew they weren't home. And that's just about all we did. In only a hour. When we were done we didn't feel like moving so we made Cole put in a movie because he's the youngest. By 5 minutes too. We all turn towards the t.v. and lay on the ground were we are. I use John's legs as pillows and once the previews start I turn towards his face. I slowly creep my way up until I can press my lips to his. I quickly give him a peck before I turn around and faced the t.v.

Once the movie starts, Man of Steel, I'm completely absorbed in it.
(I honestly like the normal Superman movies a lot better than Man of Steel)

John's POV

Abby is completely absorbed in the movie Man if Steel, and I find it hilarious! Her head is in my lap and she's spread out on the couch. She's in her Superman pajama pants and an old school shirt. She's beautiful. I honestly cannot believe how lucky I am. I slowly bring my hand up to her head and start playing with her hair. She lets out a little chuckle and looks up at me for a second before going back to the movie. I continue to play with her hair until the end of the movie.

It's currently 1:30 and Abs has fallen asleep. I'm actually really surprised she feel asleep watching this movie but she always does when I play with her hair. I pick up Abby and whisper good night to everybody and tell them their stuff is set up. They've all slept over so many times that they all have a spot in this house to sleep. Josh, Jade, Abby and I sleep in my room. Cole, Creo and Brinley sleep in the living room on pull out couches. I set Abby down and follow in behind her. Josh comes in carrying Jade two seconds later. These two girls almost always fall asleep on us during movies. This is the first time it's been all of us on beds in forever. The girls usually slept on one then one guy in my bed and one on the floor.

I'm really glad Abby has came to live with us. She's amazing, my BestFriend, my almost girlfriend, the most beautiful girl I know and the most caring. I honestly have no idea how I got to be this close with her. I really need to man up and ask her out..

I hope you like it! I FINALLY UPDATED!! I've had a lot going on lately.. my aunt's been in the hospital, sports, family in general, and my birfday! Haha! But anyways... Please
