The Pain Of Planning

Andy and I decided that we'd have our wedding out in a plain meadow with wide open space. Took us about two weeks to decide, but it was worth it! We went to take a look at it and it's huge, big enough for the number of guests. The party would be somewhere else. A ballroom area not too far from the meadow. It has color changing walls, it's big enough for 40 tables, has a dance floor, yea, we got hooked up real good. We've got the where taken care of. We'll be getting married in six months or less, which should be plenty of time for figuring out how many people are coming, finding someone to marry us, getting decorations in order, finding my dress, and finding Andy his tux. Right now, we're finding someone to marry us who lives in the area....we've been using the Internet for everything XD. Andy found a guy and called. "Hi, I was wondering if you could marry my fiancé and I....yes....in about six months....really? Ok, thank you! Ok, see you then. Goodbye." Andy ended the conversation. "Sssoooo???" I asked. "Mr. Edward Thorn can and will marry us. He'd like to meet with us in the meadow to rehearse our wedding. Just us two. We'll rehearse the way I stand, the way you walk, how we kiss, and how we say "I Do."" Andy explained. "Alright, four down, three to go: dress, tux, and number of people." I cleared. "Let's get the number of people out of the way. You write down who you're gonna invite and I'll write down who I'm gonna invite." He got two pieces of paper and two pencils. I rapidly jotted down the names of people I'd invite. Mom, dad, my six aunts, my six uncles, grandma, grandpa, Gerard, Mikey, and so on. I have about  150 people on my list and Andy has  about 200 people, so all together, it was about 350 people. Then it hit me...WHAT WILL THE INVITATIONS LOOK LIKE??? Our colors are red, white, and black, so I think our invitations should look the same.

PLANNING FOR A WEDDING IS SO EXHAUSTING!!! So many hours on the computer. When Andy and I were looking for where the wedding would be, we'd be on the computer or our phones all day and all night! It strains my eyes a lot. Ugh. We finished designing our invites and now we're looking at decor. We settled on white table cloths with one big, black, velvet line in the middle. Vases  with red and white roses would be the centerpieces. I yawned and rubbed my eyes. "Do you want to rest now?" Andy asked. "Yes...yes, I do." I flopped down on our bed. Andy laid down on his side of the bed and looked over to me. "Come here...come cuddle with daddy." He motioned me to come closer. I cuddled onto his body and he stroke my side. His neck was right in close range of my lips..I couldn't resist. I nudged his neck, kissed it, and kissed it...and kissed it again. I know he's ticklish here XD. As expected...he giggled and kissed my neck back. "Andy, you're so adorable! I love your laugh and your cute, little giggles." I told him. "I love you." He looked at me adoringly. "I love you too." I pecked his lips.

*many weeks of wedding planning later*

Ok, decor is finally done. This took a while! We put a lot of work into the venue, decor, every little detail was important. Now that that's done...I'm searching for a dress. I know a little boutique around here called "Veronica's Wedding Boutique", so why not check there? It's bigger than it looks. "Can...can I come???" Andy asked. "No, you can't! You're not supposed to see me in my dress until our wedding day!" I declined. "But...*huffs* ok." He accepted. I smiled and hugged him. "I'll be back soon, keep looking for a place to get your tux. I love you! Bye!" I waved to him, he waved back with a little frown. My mom, along with my six aunts, were waiting outside for me. "Are you ready to find a dress, dear?" My mom asked, enthusiastically. "Yes! I'm ready!" I hopped in the back of the car.

Veronica's Wedding Boutique is absolutely wonderful!! I've seen so many beautiful dresses and ooohhh, I can't pick one!!! Ugh! I chose my top three dresses:

A mid sleeved dress made of lace and little jewel accents. At the bottom of the dress skirt, there are little flowers that I found very pretty. Little roses and daisies and very detailed base.

Next is an intricate designed mermaid cut dress with off shoulder sleeves, fluffy dress skirt, and long veil

Lastly, an intricate lace design ball gown dress

Lastly, an intricate lace design ball gown dress. More off shoulder sleeves and extremely detailed underskirt.

I wore these three in front of my mother and six aunts...but they liked them all. They didn't have a favorite. What am I going to do now? I have to make a decision. So...sleeved? Or should I do the mermaid cut? But what about the ball gown?? Oh what do I do?

(A/n: please vote in the comments for which dress you'll choose! I will not write the next chapter until I get a winning dress! I will wait one week for you all to vote.)
