Chapter 15

Another day at school. The same routine was done in the morning for Riley. After she had picked up Maya she drove to school and parked in that similar spot. Maya stopped complaining about Riley parking there after she found out about Riley and Lucas. After they had their first class they went to the bathroom together to fix some make up. Maya went in a stall and Riley fixed her make up.

"So prom is coming up" missy Bradford said to her friends while she walked in. "It's months away" Clarissa said. "Yeah, but we all know boys are supposed to ask now" Riley took out some lipgloss and tried to ignore the conversation. "And I'm expecting that Lucas Friar is gonna ask." Riley slipped with her lipgloss when her jaw dropped. Missy and her friends laughed. "Oh look, clutzy Riley is back. We missed you" she said with an evil smirk plastered tomher face. Riley quickly wiped it away. "I wonder who'll ask you?" Missy pouted her lips. Riley scoffed. "A lot of boys have interest in me" she defended herself Maya came out of the stall. "Hey bitchford. Found a new toy to put your fangs in?" Maya asked crossing her arms. "And there we have Hart, I'm wondering IF you'll be asked. " missy laughed. "Hey! First it's Hunter now, second she's going with a senior collage student" Riley defended Maya. Missy cocked an eyebrow. "Josh is a junior." Maya corrected Riley. Riley glared at Maya that she isn't helping, "well I'd love to see that" Missy said with a look of disgust before turning around and walking out.
"She's such a bitch" Maya said. Riley nodded. "But how are you and Lucas gonna do it for prom?" Maya asked. "Well obviously not together, I'm thinking of not even going" Riley said taking her eyes shadow. Maya pulled it out of her hands. "You can't not go to your senior prom! It's like Christmas without a Christmas tree" Maya protested. "You're going" she handed the eye shadow back. "But what's the point of going when it's without the person you like?" Riley said. Their conversation was interrupted by the bell. "Just talk to Lucas, I'm sure you two can figure something out." Maya said while swinging her bag over her shoulder. Riley sighed and they walked out of the bathroom.

During lunch Riley sat at her table with her friends surrounding her. Suddenly Tina, one of her friends, came running at them with tears streaming down her face. "Tina what's wrong?" Sarah asked. "Daniel broke up with me!" She cried. "You two were dating?" Maya asked. "That bastard! He broke up with me two months ago" Darby said pissed. "What? We were dating for three months" Riley and Maya glanced at each other. "He's a jerk" Riley mumbled. She suddenly got tapped on her shoulder. She turned around and saw Daniel. Tina and Darby scoffed. "Hey Riley, you look beautiful" he said with a wink. Riley looked at her friends and then back at Daniel. "Really?" She asked. "Yeah, I wanted to give you this. And maybe ask if you want to go out sometime?" Daniel gave her a rose and putted on his sexiest smile. Riley smiled and bit her lip seductively. "Oh Daniel" she played. She putted the rose down. "Maya?" Riley held out her hand still smiling flirtatiously at Daniel. Darby and Tina were confused and kind of getting pissed at Riley. Maya handed Riley a smoothie. Riley's smile dropped and so did the smoothie, but on Daniels head. The entire cafeteria laughed and Riley pushed a bagel in his face. "You really think you can play me?" She asked. "You can keep this" she crumbled the rose on his head. She took her bag and walked away. Darby followed. "This is my treat" she threw a cup of soda in his face and followed Riley. "This is for three months of my life jerk" Tina pushed a tuna salad in his face and followed Darby and Riley. "And this is because I like throwing food at jerks" Maya took her whole tray of food and dumped it over Daniels head. The entire cafeteria was laughing and applauding the girls. Riley was first the walk up, passing the boys table where she saw Lucas smiling at her. She smirked and walked out.

Riley was walking down the hall during a free period after lunch when she was suddenly pulled into the janitors closet. She wanted to yelp but two lips were pressed against hers. She soon realized it was Lucas. "What are you doing?" She asked after pulling away. "What you did there was so sexy, fighting off boys" he said. "Your hormones are going crazy in there" Riley said chuckling soft. Lucas smirked and ran his hands down her hips. "Maybe, makes me want to do this" he lifted Riley and putted her on a trash can. He started kissing and sucking her neck. Riley bit her lip and tilted her head back. "Oh god" she moaned when he found her sweet spot. She stopped him. "We can't do this" she said. Lucas nodded. "You're right, I can't push you" he said fixing himself. "No, I mean we can't do it here" she said. Lucas frowned. "You think you're ready?" He asked. Riley smiled. "With you? I'm ready for anything" she said. Lucas smiled and kissed her. "So you want to do it?" He asked after pulling away again. Riley nodded and wrapped her arms around his neck. "I'd love too" she planted another kiss on his lips. "I know we barely go to other places but....my sister is gone tonight and my parents are in Chicago" Lucas mumbled while Riley ran kisses down his jawline. "Sounds perfect" she mumbled. Lucas smiled and pulled her closer. "I love you" he said. Riley smiled and looked up in his eyes. "I love you too." She said. He pulled her in for another kiss and then they had to let go before anyone caught them. Separately they left the janitors closet and headed different directions. Both exited for that night. Riley felt so sure. She felt ready and she wanted it with nobody else then him.

A/N: ok so I have two things to tell you:
- first for those who except smut next chapter I'm sorry but I suck at writing that. So I always stop on time, just like in lost & found, for those who read that story and remembee how I did it there.
