I had to follow Michael to the kitchen because I had no idea where it was and this place was like a maze. None of us had said anything so far and I wasn't going to be the first one to do so, I'm not going forgive him for what he did easily. He will have to show us we can trust him before I do so. If you haven't guessed already I hold a grudge usually to the grave.

"Are you going to say anything?" Michael said eventually. Of course he would act like nothing had happened, well, he is a guy after all, archangel or not.

"I no longer trust or like you. I don't have anything to say to you. First you want me to leave my friends and then you throw me off a cliff, you will have to show me and the others we can trust you." Michael stopped walking so I also stopped and looked at him.

"In the end you flew. My way of doing it works." He protested.

"It still doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. I could have learned a different way. Your original plan was to throw me off the roof. What would happen if that didn't work? I would be dead. Sure this time it worked, but what happens if you do something like that again and it doesn't work? I could die." The archangel looked shocked at my outburst. Like he hadn't thought of it like that and I felt a little bad for shouting at him.

"I realize now that I was wrong about what I said and did and I hope you can forgive me. I'll try another ways of training you. Ones that aren't as dangerous and aren't at all life threatening." He has saved my life, the least I could do is forgive him now. This is his one chance, if he blows it then he'll be gone.

"Ok. This is your one chance. I don't usually forgive people but this is your one chance so don't waste it." I just hope I don't regret this later.

"Thank you, you won't regret this." I hope I don't. "Let's go to the kitchen. I guess you're still hungry and the others are in the kitchen. A few new hunters have turned up and Oliver wants you to meet them. Apparently they are some of the best and don't like the council, that means they could be allies and help us." They might be useful.

"You make it sound like we're recruiting for an army." I said jokingly.

"Maybe we are." . . . What? As if reading my mind, Michael answered my question without being asked. "There are angels, demons, the council and others who want you dead. They have more people and better training than us. We need more people here to protect you and news travels fast. A lot of people will be coming to see you, these are just the first to arrive." So I guess I'm going to meet a lot of people then. I'm glad I grew out of my social anxiety.

"Come on. Let's not keep them waiting." We began to walk again. "How many people are there?"

"Three hunters plus Oliver and your friends." Right, not too many people then, I can handle that. Neither me or Michael said anything on our way to the kitchen, we had nothing to say to each other. We didn't really know anything about each other, at least I didn't know anything about him. I don't know how long he's been watching me, he could know all about me.

Entering the kitchen, I saw the Cole, Ruby and Alec were messing around while Oliver sat at the table talking to the three new comers. All of which were guys. Guess it's just me and Ruby against all of them, I think we can take them and if it came down to fighting them, we'd have Alec, Cole and Michael on our side possibly Oliver but I don't know him. Ruby came over and hugged me.

"I heard you flew. Well done!" I smiled at her and the fact she was so excited and happy for me.

"I did, sure it was because I had no energy left and Michael threw me off the cliff. I forgave him for it though. So who are the three hunters?" Ruby, being a girl probably already knew a lot about them.

"The pale one with brown hair and blue eyes is called Finn. He's from Scotland and is the leader out of the three of them. The blond one with green eyes and a tan is called Carter and the other is his brother Charlie, they come from New York." Told you she would know about them. Oliver looked at me and then so did the hunters, I saw Michael go and sit with them. Ignoring them all, I focused my attention on Ruby, Alec and Cole. The two brothers, I noticed, were about my age perhaps a little older.

"Is there any food he that's edible?" Alec and Cole laughed. "What?" I asked them.

"So no hello to us, just where's the food? Ha." Ignoring Alec's comment I waited for someone to tell me something useful. "We just put something in the oven. Thirty minute wait." Yes, not that long. The twin hunters come over and leaned on the counter next to me and Ruby. Charlie was the first one to talk.

"I'm Charlie and this is my twin brother Carter." I smile.

"I know." Both of their eyes widened.

"Did you read our minds?!" Charlie and Carter almost shouted at the same time. These two are stupid.

"No, I asked Ruby about you two and your friend." They looked relieved and me and Ruby began to laugh.

"If I could read minds, I would have straight as and know the answer my mum wanted to here when I want to go out and party or sneak out. And I would know when and how someone was going to prank me. Alas I do not have that power. Yet. I've got no idea what kind of powers I could get." They smiled and chuckled a little. I could tell we were going to be friends.

We were going to talk more nut the egg timer went off and the food we ready. Oliver got up and got the food out of the oven, now that he had moved, I could see the start of a small feast already laid out on the table. Our host put the huge tray of macaroni and cheese in the center of the table, I think Oliver may be my new favorite person.

The song is called The Wolf by Fever Ray and was in the film Little Red Riding Hood.
