*Gaara's pov*
I sighed and ran my hands throuh my hair as I finished my last piece of work, I looked out he window and stared at the sunset.
'Hiroko would love it' I thought as I got out of my chair. Suddenly the door slammed open.
"Lord Kazekage! The village is under attack!" A shinobi yelled. My eyes widen and I turned around.
"Who's attacking?" I asked.
"The Akatsuki," he said.
"Send all platoons out! Platoon 1-5 will guard the gate! 6-10 will help evacuate the citizens and the rest will attack!" I ordered.
"Right!" He yelled, he ran out and I looked back at my village. 'Akatsuki.' I thought.
*??? Pov*
I stared at her sleeping figure, I have to admit. She looks more beautiful then the last time I saw her. A slight smile made its way across my face.
'How am I gonna get her?' I asked myself. Hiroko turned over in her sleep and that's when I saw her flushed face. She looked sick. I smirked and threw a couple senbon to knock her out. To my surprise she fell off the bed before they hit her.
"Tch," I said, I threw another pair of senbon and she rolled over. My eyes narrowed. I threw three pairs of senbon this time.
'This should get her,' I thought. She rolled again dodging all of them. 'Is she awake or something?' I growled and threw ten pairs of senbon needles at her. 'There's no way she could dodge this.' I thought. Just then her head bumped a dresser causing it to fall infront of her and protect her from all the needles. My eye twitched. I slid my hand down to my pouch and pulled out my knock out gas and threw it at her. Once the gas cleared up a bit I grabbed her with my tail and made my way back to the window.
BAM! The door slammed open, there was a guy with black hair at the door staring at me wide eyed.
"Let Lady Hiroko go! She's sick!!" He yelled.
"Brat, stay out of my way," I hissed. He grabbed a kunai and threw it at me. I blocked it and threw one of my own. It pierced his skull and he fell back with a thud. I smirked and jumped out of the window.
'Leader's gonna be happy,' I thought. 'Now that brat needs to hurry up! I hate keeping people waiting!' I thought as I watched Deidara flying above staring at a sand ball.
