A Few Days After?

(Aleks P.O.V)

(Friday) 11:46 Algebra Class

It has been two days since my argument with Kevin, and it was also Friday. My first week of public school was almost complete. After my compromise with Kevin, I believed that he was planning something against me. If not this week, he was getting it prepared I thought. Whatever it is he's preparing. Not only was it two days since our argument, but it has also been two days since Eddie and I kissed. He's been driving me from and to school, yet he never brought up the kiss. Was he confused about the kiss, and regrets it? These thoughts are killing me.

The bell rang for lunch, I packed my things and headed for the doors. I felt happy that I still had a place to go during lunch. 

12:12 Lunch Time

After I entered the lunch room and grabbed a plate of food, I headed to the front of the school to meet my friends. 

When I turned the corner that leads to our usual spot, I noticed everyone was sitting and laughing. As always I thought, except it was only Kevin and Dion. When I came into view, Tiffany noticed me,

"Hey Aleks! It's about time you got here! These guys are being rude!" I raised an eyebrow as I examined Kevin and Dion who were shaking their heads in response while giggling.

"She wants us to go to the movies with her after school today to see a chick flick!" Dion laughed. "Do you really think I'd go see that?" Kevin managed a few words while laughing,

"She says it's educational!" Tiffany turned to face me,

"Don't you think the natural human being can learn what romance really is? You could say I'm being a good friend, right?!"

"Uh well, I uh-" I couldn't think of anything to say. I looked to Steven and Seamus for help. Steven smiled,

"Well Tiffany, I'll go see it. I mean, only because you offered and all. Also, when you put it that way, I guess we could all learn a little something about romance. We are at that stage I guess." Thanks Steven! Tiffany smiled,

"At least one guy is thankful for my help." Kevin's and Dion's faces were puzzled. I could only guess they questioned Tiffany's meaning of help. 

"Help! Because you guys would learn a little something something if you actually watch movies like so. It could benefit you greatly!" Tiffany responded to their puzzled features. Anthony began to laugh this time,

"Us guys have our own methods when it comes to romance and stuff. It's called-" 

"Don't even tell me!" Tiffany interrupted, "How about you Seamus, you want to go?" Seamus yawned,

"I don't have anything else to do. Sleeping was the only thing I planned for my weekend." How come Seamus seems so laid back when it comes to these sort of situations? Tiffany smiled,

"Good. And you Aleks?" I was going to answer but my thoughts caught my mouth before I answered wrongly. If I say yes, then how would I get there? If I ask Eddie for something like that, there's a chance that he might not take me. If he agrees, then what will happen if he pulls up and they see him? Then again, I looked over to Kevin and Anthony. I don't think those two would go anyways, they are practically having fun over the topic. They are the only obstacles at this moment.  

"Of course I would like to go. I don't have anything else to do as well." Tiffany's eyes lit up,

"Awesome!" She hugged me. In response, I blushed and scratched my head. Letting go, Tiffany turned to face the others now.
